    For the price cannot beat it, clean rooms. Would stay again No breakfast and hotel reception do a job, helpful.

    The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. However, the room size was disappointing and housekeeping left much to be desired, affecting overall comfort. Staff were unhelpful, and facilities were lacking, which combined with cleanliness issues made the stay less enjoyable and not worth the price.

    Experienced an unbelievably disgusting hospitality failure here. As a frequent world traveler, never ever had such a horrible experience with a hotel. Requested a taxi after check out. The manager (guy with plucked/razored eye brows), asked me where I was going. I told him. He called someone ro "to ask if he could go there". I asked whether they do not work with a taxi company on a regular basis. He told me they only work with 2 drivers. He told me the taxi driver whom he called had "another passenger already". Then, I asked him whether he knew a taxi company near the hotel or not. He said, "they would not go to there" and how it is a problem in Istanbul. So, basically, he did not try to find a taxi solution for their guest. He just sat there smoking cigarette with his buddy. Irresponsible, rude,and unprofessional.
