We had a pleasant stay at The Haze Karaköy Hotel. The location is excellent, with many attractions, restaurants, cafes, and public transport options within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
As the hotel is located in a lively area, it can be quite noisy at night. However, this is understandable given the central location and vibrant atmosphere of Karaköy.
One small suggestion for improvement would be to provide an iron or ironing facility for guests, which would be very useful, especially for longer stays.
Overall, it is a great hotel in a fantastic location, and we would gladly stay here again

The family connecting rooms was in very good size very clean and the location is perfect and

The staff were so lovely
Nothing at all our stay was perfect although as we had the penthouse we would of liked some chairs to sit outside at the lovely big outdoor table that you had.

Good location, perfect for the first time in Istanbul.
At night it is very noisy, and everything can be heard in the room. This noise makes it impossible to fall asleep
