Everything was perfect, especially the reception staff and the services. The staff were kind, respectful, and very professional.
Location: The hotel is close to everything, including the tram, markets, currency exchange offices, pharmacies, and many of Istanbul’s main attractions, most of which are within walking distance.
The rooms and facilities were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at The Haze Hotel. Special thanks to Rafi, who was incredibly welcoming and professional. After we mentioned an issue with our room, he kindly upgraded us to a much more spacious and comfortable one. His smile and willingness to help made a big difference.
Many thanks as well to Somali for the warm hospitality, and to Mesaedah for keeping our room spotless every day. We truly appreciated the excellent service from the whole team!

I loved the location! It was a perfect stay and the balcony was nice.
The door to the balcony was broken so we couldn’t come in and out without the mosquitos following lol

Good location, perfect for the first time in Istanbul.
At night it is very noisy, and everything can be heard in the room. This noise makes it impossible to fall asleep
