Exceptional service.

Family run hotel in very nice location with swimming pool, wellness and fitness. Our room was spacious, cosy and bed was very comfortable. A lot of parking available in the vicinity of the hotel. Mölltaler ski resort is about 12 minutes by car, skibus is also available. Breakfasts and dinners were excellent, and the top perk of this hotel is lovely staff and exceptional service that made our stay unforgettable.

Saunas are quite small, in case of more people in the wellness area it can be a bit challenging to get your turn in the sauna.

The hotel is located in a beautiful place with great views. After a day spent on the ski slope the sauna is a perfect place to relax. At the restaurant are serving mostly local cuisine, not bad, but I would have preferred more choices.

The hotel doesn’t look like a 4 star hotel, the furniture is old. The toilet is not in the bathroom but in a separate room without having a sink.

Disappointing

Location close to the Gletscher in a small quiet willage. The room was spacious and had a sitting area and small fridge. The breakfast area was pleasant.

The hotel is in need of an update and could use some more attention to cleanliness. The bed was not very comfortable - soft and squeeky. Hotel made a mistake with our payment through booking.com. Despite being shown the receipt, the transaction id and even credit card statement they didn't bother double-checking. Apparently they never make such mistakes and they can be contacted by email if we, by any chance, can prove we were double charged by providing bank statement or similar later [sic]. We paid just to avoid ruining our day and were prepared to open a dispute with the booking.com. Couple minutes later one of the staffers intercepted us outside, recognised the mistake and returned money in cash with a half-hearted apologise. The unprofessional attitude was very dissapointing. Overall, it is not the best value for stays in the area..

Exceptional

Rather smaller family hotel with all you need for a perfect skiing holiday with your family. The food was great, waitresses were smiling :) Pool was a nice relaxation for kids, and so was sauna for us ! We are looking forward to coming back

A very friendly little hotel with its fantastic location. The hotel facilities are exceptional, everyone can find something to do. The room is very comfortable, great size and it has a beautiful view to the nearby mountains. Special thank you to the chef, as their food are amazing. We will definitely be back.

Good place to stay for those who want to relax faaaar away from any social life outside the hotel.

Nice family owned hotel with an excellence, friendly service speaking English. An average size swimming pool and saunas create a cozy spa. Very good food (great breakfasts, Italian and German dishes in a menu) in the restaurant. Well communicated with Moltaller Glatscher ski station (skibus in front of the hotel or by car - 10km).

Depending your mood and preferences it can be advantage or disadvantage. The hotel is located in a countryside in a small village Flattah, far away from any restaurants, cafes, social life.
