Hotel Bergkristall

Great cosy hotel in Mallnitz. Rooms are big enough with balcony and with a great view of mountains. Staff is very nice and attentive. Hotel has SPA and Sauna, small bar, while parking is infornt of hotel. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety so you can find always something for yourself.

Everything was okay!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bergkristall! The whole place is very well appointed and impeccably clean, and the sauna feels very new as well. At my partner's birthday dinner, our host gave us great recommendations on wine and an absolutely delicious birthday digestif. The food served was locally sourced, and we believe it's the best food you can get in Mallnitz, and at a very reasonable price too (pretty confident we tried all the available restaurants in Mallnitz!) I still dream of the beds we had...sooo comfy. Best sleep I've had in years. All this is to say that our hosts clearly put a lot of thought into this place, and it really shows. Thank you, we'll be coming back for sure!

Not a criticism of the hotel at all, but just be aware that it pays to be organized in this area - you need to book your taxis and hiking busses in advance. If you come in mid September, be aware also that some of the mountain restaurants and activities might be closed for the season. Didn't bother us at all - just something to be aware of!

Special treatment from the whole Bergkristall Team! We enjoyed our stay here, the unique fine dining dinners and amazing breakfasts with lovely notes every day! Felt like Home!!

The staff , the owner , the food was nice, and the furnishings.

Cold shower around 6 o clock, not working mini fridge, one door in the spa was stuck.
