It is a superb value for the price and highly recommended.

My room was equipped with a small kitchenette. The room was clean and spacious. The whole hotel has a lived-in feeling, like a family home, and a friendly atmosphere. The staff is really kind, knowledgeable, and flexible. There is a small bar in the lobby, and you have everything nearby that you would need. Restaurants, grocery store, bakery, bus stop. It is a superb value for the price and highly recommended.

Nothing really. For the sake of writing something, this is not a five-star shiny wellness hotel, if you want that kind of experience, this place is not for you.

Good for 1 night on the route, with beautiful views.

We were there off-season, so most things were closed, and the town and hotel itself seemed deserted. The room had a beautiful view of the mountains. Breakfast was good, with a wide selection of products.

The hotel has the feel of an old movie. It could use some renovations, better soundproofing, and new furniture. You can hear noise from the room next door and the hallway. No fridge, even though it was in the description.

Pretty good bud expensive.

The balcony was big and with a nice view of the mountains. Good beds and an okay room. Saunas were great (not in the room though but you can use them for free at the hotel)

Very small kitchen but it had a stove so you can definitely make food there. The breakfast was very Austrian not in a good way. Okay buns and okay cheeses and ham, but not that good.

Excellent choice for your holidays!!

Located in the very center of Mallnitz, with parking behind the hotel, and elevator to reach top floors the hotel is excellent choice! Rooms are spacious, some with balcony, with margificant views on the town and mountains. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was delicious each morning.

The best place to stay

The hotel is wonderful and very comfortable. The panoramic view is amazing. The employee Helga is very friendly, welcoming and helped us with everything. She is amazing. On check out day we had to leave well before breakfast and she prepared the breakfast table early for us.

Everything is amazing, I don't have anything to complain. I would come back as many times as I could.

extremely good position ( 1 min walk from the restaurants), amazing view of the mountains, very cozy room, comfortable bed. very clean. nice breakfast. the host is a lovely lady that caters to all your needs and provides info.

Perfect location and nice staff. They were really helpful. I could have my breakfast earlier than the scheduled time. They have a private parking possibility in the backyard. Good selection of breakfast.

Relaxace a pohoda v malebné horské vesničce

Skvělé ubytování v malebné horské vesničce v srdci hor. Velmi milý personál a příjemné rodinné prostředí. Využily jsme saunu přímo v hotelu, snídaně byly chutné a pestré. Velkým plusem je parkování u hotelu, možnost využití lyžárny a ski bus se zastávkou přibližně 200 metrů od hotelu. Pobyt jsme si moc užily a ubytování určitě doporučujeme.
