A warm, peaceful place, where one feels welcomed as if returning home.

This small hotel, nestled in the heart of Saint-Malo, has the quiet charm of places that do not seek to shine, yet illuminate all the same. Its simplicity breathes authenticity, and its location seems to watch over the city like a well-kept secret. The rooms, soft and harmoniously arranged, invite rest. The staff, attentive and genuinely kind, accompany every gesture with rare delicacy. In the early morning, I enjoyed a breakfast that tasted of terroir and generosity. The artisanal jams, almost free of added sugar, revealed the true essence of the fruit, like a whisper of nature. A warm, peaceful place, where one feels welcomed as if returning home.

Location walkable from Ferry. Excellent continual breakfast + DIY boiled egg.

No sitting room / residents lounge. Single lift functional but claustrophobic. All known before we booked.

Parking St Malo harbour

Great location but parking is a problem. The underground car park is 40+euro overnight. However if you arrive after 8pm and leave before 8am the next day the over ground car parks are free and charges are much lower.

Arriving at 3pm on a Saturday was a big error. Nowhere to park and really busy.

It's lovely, a traditional type hotel, friendly, comfortable, and we would happily return...

The bed was super comfortable, and the pillows were great! The terrace is a real bonus; it's great to be able to sit and watch life go by. The cleanliness of the whole place was excellent!

Room 12 is directly alongside the lift motor head. We had a fair level of noise at the beginning of each night from this motor! Rather like having a macerator in the room! It's not dreadful, but one will be aware of it! Sadly, smoking is allowed on the terrace, which cuts short any enjoyment when having a drink there! Allowing smoking in this area seems an outdated practice compared to other places now...

Great location, small hotel on top of a bar/restaurant.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast quite nice, convenient times for the St Malo - Portsmouth ferry for people travelling back to the UK. Location is excellent, right in the centre of the old town.

All of the rooms are directly off the corridor so it's not that quiet. The reception is in the bar/restaurant which is a bit weird.

Charming and cosy independent hotel.

The hotel was cute and clean and cosy. It was very centrally located, but off the main corridors where the day-tripping tourists walk through the streets. We enjoyed fresh seafood at the restaurants all within steps of the hotel. We also enjoyed a beer on the patio after spending the day at the beach.

All good. A little note – the rooms are small. We also booked one with a balconette and this was great.

Perfectly located right in the middle of the beautiful walled part of the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was quite small and up several flights of stairs; good for the legs though! The seagulls were very loud at four in the morning, but you can't blame the hotel for that!

The location was excellent in the Intra Muros with everything very close by. The room was beautifully designed and very comfortable for a solo traveller. I felt very safe there which is important when travelling alone. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and attentive.

It was really cute, the decor was lovely! It was clean and had all the facilities you would need. Staff at reception were really friendly and very helpful, especially with explaining how to find the car park. Room was small, as expected from description and pictures, but convenient for a nights stay!

Lovely welcome and friendly hotel. Rooms where adequate size clean. Staff could not be more helpful. Parked bike in the underground car park of hotel for small fee well worth it. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. Hotel was in the middle of St Malos great location. Definitely will be back.
