Hôtel Bristol Union Intra Muros

A great hotel within the city walls, which is an advantage. Also, the location of the hotel, a short distance from the city gates, allows for parking outside the walls and a very short distance with luggage to the hotel. The reception staff and the staff in general were wonderful and welcoming. The room was excellent, although without air conditioning - understandable in such an old city. The room is not large, but within the walls it would be difficult to find a place with spacious rooms anyway. The location of the hotel is perfect. The breakfast is excellent. We enjoyed it very much!!!!

The staff were very friendly, I immediately felt welcome and this continued throughout my stay. The hotel was in a fabulous location right in the heart of the town. Breakfast was excellent with many home made items and pastries that melted in the mouth. The room was comfortable and furnished with everything necessary, although there was no air conditioning the fan provided worked well.

really great welcome from the staff. Location is amazing. It's very central and it was easy to drop bags off and then go and find parking. The hotel does have spaces in the Q Park just outside the walls and that was really handy.

Everything is a little bit squished. The room was tiny and the bed was not very comfortable. There is no air conditioning (we were there during the heat wave) but they had put a portable fan in the room. Unfortunately this just pushed the warm air around. If you are on the upper floors, be prepared to take the stairs because the lift will take one person and their suitcase!
