Total Disappointment

just the breakfast, nothing other than that, hotel was a total disappointment

First of all, the cleanliness was unacceptable — the room was not properly cleaned. Hair was all over the bed, and the bathroom had visible remnants as well. We found around 20 mosquitoes inside the room, along with many bugs and spiders. Spider webs were everywhere, making it feel more like camping than staying in a nice hotel. Secondly, there were no complimentary treats or gestures whatsoever. For a hotel in this price range, you would at least expect a bottle of water in the room — but there was nothing. No water, no fruit, no snacks. We have stayed in similar concept hotels with similar rates, and the difference was night and day. In other places, we were welcomed with thoughtful touches like champagne, desserts, and other treats. Here, there was absolutely nothing. NOT EVEN a BOTTLE of WATER... Also there is some design faults in the room which you can not sustain a full privacy in the toilet or bathroom, there is a sliding glass door which is semi translucent and both sides are visible when the lights are on. Hotel replied to my review on a tone of accusing my lying, first of all I have traveled to over 50 countries, stayed in thousands of different hotels and I don't need to lie about what I saw, I am a customer and it is my right to demand what I paid for, everyone has different hygiene and cleanness standard and I have pictures of all the dirt, hair, bugs and you can see how many mosquitoes we caught in the walls, the reason for we want to check-out early is for the bad experience we had from the time we checked in but when I see you approach I did not want to keep the argument going especially a limited time holiday planned with kids and don't want to make them uncomfortable, so decided to just swallow the bad experience and try to spend time outside as much as possible, we were there for Salzburg festival and did not want to worsen the experience, so instead of accusing the customer on lying, try to improve your standards..

Luxury and peace

It is a great hotel. Our family room was very big and modern. Outside pool is wonderful. Breakfest is great. Staff is kind and helpful. Soroundong is great. We loved every moment of our stay.

Perfect place to unwind after travelling and exploring this beautiful country

Staff extremely friendly and helpful, both pools clean and a perfect temperature. Dinner was fantastic, and amazing looking breakfast. Upgraded to a lovely room with so much space and relaxing view.

Such an amazing place, but I feel I couldn’t stay there in the summer as the air con is very poor, lowest temperature was 19.5, slept with all windows open in an attempt to cool room. Location isn’t the best, but ok if drive.

really great place for a spa getaway heading south

The property is really huge and very cosy. we stayed just one night en route to Croatia and it had everything we needed. they also let us use the spa the next day after checking out which was really great.

beds are not very comfortable, especially not for couples. standard German style single beds stuck together. we had an outer facing room with a balcony that was a bit tired and dated. rooms had a somewhat musty smell to them.

Very nice hotel

There were no keys on the toile roomt, and parents' rooms on the inside doors... ( this was the expansive suite). You can't lock your room or toilet.. very strange. Air conditioning stopped working if you get out side the balconies .so either you can be inside or out ,Again not something you would see in luxury suite.

Beautiful modern rooms Fantastic outside swimming pool with mountains view, open from 6 to 21-30, lots of beach chairs around it Great service provided at spa - free towels and covers, drinking water with syrups, lots of saunas, relax zones, showers/changing rooms, bathrobes in the room Great breakfast (again with mountains view) Have to mention croissants separately - amazing Coffee machine with coffee and small kettle in the room Nice smelling shower gels/soaps/shampoos provided Quiet area, can walk around

Just one tiny small thing/advice - do not go sit outside for breakfast if you plan to eat something sweet - our jam attracted some bees (there are couple beehives behind parking lot) so we had to run away:)

Clean and spacious room and great service from the stadig. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Quiet neighbourhood. Would stay again.
