Landhotel Berger

Pyszne śniadanie oraz kawa. Doskonała jajecznica :). Miła obsługa oraz atmosfera. Parking pod hotelem. Zaciszna okolica, przyjemna na spacer. Wieczorem można wyjść do pobliskich knajpek. Wysoki standard hotelu. Duży balkon.

Brakowało nam czajnika oraz lodówki.

Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war sehr sehr laut!

Lovely staff, lady at reception and ladies serving breakfast were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. A few nice bistros nearby with fresh, local meals. Nice surrounding for walks. You need a car or bike as location of the hotel is quite remote..There is no restaurant at the hotel so for the evening meals we were driving to the restaurants nearby, the one near chalets is lovely at Moos 2... the place is close to Salzburg and other sightseeing attractions , the views are lovely...we also drove to Hallstatt which was beautiful spot..

Unfortunately there were couple of things that pretty much ruined otherwise very promising stay for me: 1. The hotel and our room was facing a church and the bells were ringing every 15 min (!) day and night...the noise was really unacceptable at night for me... as a light sleeper I got almost no sleep and it affected my daily activities as I was really tired... 2. There is no air conditioning... in summer days there was 26-30c outside and it was very hot and stuffy inside the room..... we got a fan from lovely staff so it helped a bit in the evenings but as the fan was loud we had to switch it off for the night.. Some other cons were: The parking spaces at the hotel are limited and there is not enough spaces for all the cars ...so on some days when coming back in the evenings we needed to look for an alternative parking spot somewhere nearby.. Family room had one double bed and one reclyining sofa..unfortunately sofa bed /mattress was not comfortable .. Family room is quite small for 4 people. Suggestion: It would be nice to have a kettle or microwave in the room to make some tea/coffee in the evenings..
