A quiet, comfortable stay with great amenities and good overall value

Check-in was fast and easy. The room was nice, with a spacious bathroom that had both a shower and a bathtub. We enjoyed the indoor pool before breakfast, and the free parking right in front of the hotel was very convenient.

There were no major issues and the hotel was very quiet. The beds were a bit too soft for our taste and we were surprised there was no on-site restaurant for dinner. However, the staff recommended nearby options.

Beautiful, spotless , clean hotel, amazing breakfast. No restaurant but a very lovely selection of snacks available, pool ,sauna and relax rooms very cosy.Breakfast far above any expectations.Will be back for sure .

I absolutely loved the warmth and professionalism of the staff — they were always ready to help with a smile and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The entire property was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It was truly a memorable experience that exceeded all expectations.

Spacious, peaceful retreat with excellent breakfast—just needs an onsite restaurant

A peaceful and relaxing hotel located slightly off the beaten path, which makes it wonderfully quiet. Rooms are spacious, clean, and pleasantly warm - very comfortable overall. Breakfast is a real highlight: varied, rich in choice, and absolutely delicious, with plenty of fresh options. The spa area is clean and modern, while the pool and gym are available from 06:00 to 22:00, which is very convenient. However, the spa itself only opens from 16:00 to 22:00, which feels a bit restrictive - especially for guests arriving early in the afternoon or staying just one night. One downside is the lack of an on-site restaurant. Given the hotel’s remote location and four-star status, this feels like something that’s genuinely missing, especially for those who would prefer not to drive out for dinner. Overall, a high-quality and quiet place with friendly service and excellent breakfast. With extended spa hours and a dining option, it would be nearly perfect.

Excellent stay in a beautiful surrounding.

Breakfast was abundant and of great quality. The room was very nicely furnished, had a homey vibe to it and you could feel the family's care in every finishing and detail. The family members (staff) were very friendly, helpful and warm to all the guests. I hope to return here :)

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities and service

Everywhere in the hotel was spotlessly clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet had an excellent array of cereals, fruits, preserves, cheese etc and your choice of tea or coffee was brought to the table. The bar closed at 10pm but the receptionist allocated us an area of the restaurant so that we could enjoy the rest of our evening without having to rush. The hotel is easy to get to from the airport and there is a regular bus service to take you into the town centre just a short walk away. Lovely sunny aspect balcony to enjoy the weather. We would recommend the Sound of Music tour with Panorama and also the Mozart concert and dining experience was lovely. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming and we really enjoyed our stay.

a few reviewers have mentioned there is not a kettle in the room which is a little bit unusual (certainly for UK visitors) but there are facilities in the spa area to make a cup of tea so it is possible to pop downstairs and then bring up to the room - maybe not quite so convenient but really not a bother.

Close to Salzburg. Very clean. Very friendly. Great breakfast. Excellent room. We wanted to stop in Salzburg for a night as we were traveling through. This was a perfect stop. Everyone was really friendly. The staff was knowledgeable for recommendations on the area. The included breakfast was the best we have had. The room was excellent and the beds were made up for our family upon arrival. On site parking.

Considering this hotel as an eco hotel there wasn’t air conditioning which we were aware of, however, the was a cooler in our room which didn’t work. The owner came and tried to fix it which was a big plus!

Excellent hotel near Salzburg with a refreshing spa and pool area.

Very nice quality hotel near Salzburg. Beautiful spa area and having a pool was great comfort during the heatwave. Nice selection of saunas as well. The room was comfortable and big. Nearby Italian restaurant was excellent!

Room balcony could be more cozy and a bit uncomfortable that the next building with apartments was so close.

Lovely hotel, but need car to really enjoy area

Nice spa facilities, nice room. Really lovely breakfast.

In hindsight, location wasn’t right for us, but if you have a car and a bit more knowledge of the area am sure it would be perfect. Mattress a bit too soft for our liking, but just personal preference. Sadly, everything closes at 10pm, and no restaurant except for breakfast. A later bar and food at other times would have been even better.
