Lovely, well decorated, stylish room. It is self check in so we didn't see any staff but they were on hand if we needed anything. The location of this hotel is excellent. A stone's throw from The Mirabell Gardens and 10 minute flat walk to the old town. We loved our stay here.
The room is quite small but perfectly adequate and comfortable.

Good location , rooms were clean and comfortable
The automated check in was rather difficult if you don't speak much German. Took several attempts before the system actually found my booking. Luckily a passing guest helped with activating our key cards. I can't rate the hotel staff because we never saw anyone.

Location. Size of room.
Crap wifi. Couldn't checkout online because it said i had an outstanding balance and to pay at office. Office doesnt open to 12... checkout is 11. (Used self checkout machine and didn't end up paying anything)
They spring you with a Tourist City Tax when you rock up that your not told about (pretty pricey)
Room smelt like smoke.
