Staff were really friendly, room was really clean and breakfast was good.
Noise from function room as our room was directly above the outside doors, bed was quite hard.

Hotel was spotless and beautifully decorated, excellent facilities - kids loved the pool. Rooms were spacious and clean, nice to have a bath in the family room for kids often you just get showers in hotels these days. Dinner and breakfast were very good. We chose this hotel cos of proximity to P&J live and kids wanted a pool, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. To top it off it was very affordable compared to similar in other Scottish cities - price seemed a bit too good to be true for what was offered but it was perfect.
