Nice hotel with friendly staff

Staff very friendly, nice surrounding and room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection.

Soup at lunch was warm not hot. Wife thought the pillows on the bed were too flat.

Love this hotel. Stayed a number of times and rooms are comfortable, food is great, bar nice but geezo..drinks are ridiculously expensive. Great for staying overnight after a concert at the P&J. 2 minutes from venue👍Staff are exceptional here.

No pool and spa! 🙏It's not 5* so maybe asking a bit much.

Well looked after in accommodation ideal for our purpose.

The location of the property was ideal for us. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Loved the lounge and it was a nice breakfast including fish which many places do not offer.

The room we had was a bit dated and a slightly bigger shower would have been better.

A comfortable hotel with good staff.

The staff were helpful, providing a bath mat and offering to change room with a shower rather than a bath. All the staff were efficient and friendly, the room was clean and most of the dinner was well cooked and well served. I would stay again and recommend the hotel to others.

A very pleasant festive break with friends. I would recommend this hotel

From our welcome to departure the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was excellent with good choices. The Lounge bar and dining room are very comfortable.

The front bedrooms can be noisy due to carpark and early mornings flights from the airport. This could be sorted with triple glazing. The decoration of corridors requires attention.

All in all everything was brilliant and would go again but would ask for a room with better lighting

Room was a bit dull , noticed they had removed the middle ceiling light and replace with 2 small light on the wall but the room was hard too see in and made it feel very dark

The hotel was welcoming and well organised. Staff were all friendly. Great location if you're going to P&J Live for a concert, it's only a 7 minute walk. Breakfast is worth paying extra for and I would say is a standard continental or cooked. If you are gluten free the hotel has excellent choices for dinner but breakfast is only what is naturally gf along with toast or cereal.

The decor in room 45 is extremely dated with cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in quite a few places. It didn't disrupt our stay or sleep but on seeing other rooms on the walk through the corridor it was like night and day the difference.

Very personal, relaxing peaceful stay.

Very friendly staff. Very personal. Loved the rogue cat that kept sneaking in and got carried out by staff. There was an event going on but heard nothing from our room. Was so quiet I had the best nights sleep in a long time. Lovely hot shower and breakfast. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. Definitely place to stay in Aberdeen .

A gem to return to and to recommend.

Breakfast and food in restaurant and club lounge was excellent and location was perfect for Fri-Sun Rogue Invitational event. All staff were very pleasant and went above and beyond for us from clear directions on nearest bus stop before we travelled to arranging sandwiches for us when our arrival was after the kitchen had closed and storing our cases for an extra few hours after checking out. We will definitely use Craighaar again when coming to the area, it made the holiday very special, so brilliant it is so close to P&J Live.

Ok hotel ,maybe just needs a revamp

The location was great. Bar was very cosy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom wasn’t well designed. Water from shower soaked the whole bathroom floor. Maybe could’ve done with an actual shower tray. Heating was very noisy. Couldn’t sleep much.

Very cosy and welcoming, with brilliant staff. Large relaxing room and modern bathroom. Nice touch with the coffee/biscuits etc. Top notch full breakfast. Just a tad more lighting in the club bar would be appreciated tho.

The property was just full of character and just the right type of place I wanted to stay.

The cost of breakfast for what I got but for a 4 star property I will make sure I include breakfast next time.

On arrival the reception staff were so nice and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely. The hotel is perfectly situated for walking to P&J Live.
