It's a lovely place to stay where there is a warm welcome. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable. The breakfast is tasty and good quality. The location is ideal in a residential area and also near to the city centre with easy access out of the city.

Loved staying at a place with a more personal touch than a hotel. Nigel and Mandy are excellent hosts. Breakfast was delicious as well with many options including haggis.

The hosts Mandy and Nigel were absolutely and genuinely awesome. Breakfast was such a fantastic way to start everyday . Beautifully maintained inside and out.Excellent room facilities.
