Facilities are basic, but ideal for my needs ( a bed for the night and a self-serve light breakfast available any time I need it, eg. for early starts). Definitely value for money!
I was happy with this, but sharing toilet and shower facilities with other residents might not be OK for some

Very clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast selection was good and shared bathrooms were clean!

Basic accommodation, probably best suited to those working in the area. Basic breakfast items are included. Ample car parking.
I didn’t see anyone while I was there (which some may regard as a good thing). The facilities and decor are tired, though serviceable. There was a musty smell in the breakfast room, so I didn’t linger.
