Included breakfast was perfect to me.
Tea, instant coffee, milk, fruit juice, self service buffet with range of cereals, oats, bread, butter and marmalade lovely set on tables, lovely dining room with windows and range of cultural local tourist informative leaflets.
Location despite along busy road , very quiet room on garden/backyard side, lovely beautiful Dee river and Duthie park around guesthouse.
Easy access to city centre with public transport, beach etc. with frequent Buses number 1 and 2
For those with a car, safe private car park at guesthouse itself.
If anything, just would have enjoyed fresh filtered coffee but the filtered option was fine.

I really enjoyed staying here as the location was perfect for my needs.
Owners were both really helpful and very friendly.
It was easy to just get coffee etc whenever you liked.
Iron, hair dryer, books, information on activities in the area all available.
I cant say that there was anything that could have been better as if you asked for anything it was facilitated.

Our room on the second floor was nice and comfortable, especially the bed! We hung out in the lounge room on the first floor and it had a great homely feel to it and it was handy that it had a little kitchenette with a kettle, fridge and microwave. The breakfast room on the ground floor had a great selection of food to have.
Parking at the rear of the building was great and private. We had the whole place to ourselves and when we had any questions, Irene, the host was quick to respond which was nice and reassuring. Overall a lovely stay and it was a great location to local parks and supermarkets.
