Clean, comfortable and good value.

The place was clean and comfortable. I really like having access to the kitchen as well laundry facilities. I also needed to change my dates and they were very flexible.

A safe and enjoyable stay.

The location was perfect for me, I know the area, easy to get around. Third House had far more facilities than I expected, laundry room, big kitchen. I was able to contact the landlady easily, we were kept updated about the use of all the appliances.

I wish I’d asked about a ground floor room, the stairs were a bit much for me. (my fault though)

Restful and quiet

The hosts were very clear with check in instructions and what to do , the room was super clean with an excellent shower and the bed was comfortable and warm The price for the nice quiet location was excellent I would definitely stay again in future

Excellent location and facilities

Excellent public transport links - bus stop within a minute from the door. Comfortable and spacious room with kitchen access. Kitchen not only had cooker, oven, & microwave but also had a fridge & freezer for guests use.

The window in the room had been left open and unfortunately I couldn't reach it to close it. Ended up getting sniffles but everything else in the room was great so didn't mind too much.

Clean and convenient room in a pleasant part of Aberdeen.

Size and cleanliness of room and shower room. Quiet. Decent kitchen. On main bus route to city centre and Deeside.

Window looked directly into the window of another room (about 3 metres away!). No scissors in kitchen and shortage of forks.

Very welcoming, warm and cosy - quiet too and great value for money.

Very much designed as an “easy in, easy out” boarding house really, but very well located, excellent free parking, precise instructions provided for arrival (and departure) and most importantly a very comfortable, warm and welcome en suite room, albeit small (in fairness I opted for a standard small room and it was therefore, as expected)

I’d have to think hard to find a negative. Nope, I can’t!

Citynah und doch ruhig

Die Lage ist super, man ist schnell in der Stadt, und es ist sehr ruhig. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin lief nur über WhatsApp, aber das klappte dehr gut. Ansonsten habe ich vor Ort kein Personal gesehen.

Die Bettwäsche fand ich etwas unangenehm. Offenbar keine so gute Qualität und schon oft gewaschen und getrocknet, voller kleiner Knötchen.
