Lovely spot in a nice area, everything you could need, welcoming and helpful host, obviously has a lot of repeat business and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again Within easy walking distance of Union Street and city if needed Plenty of choice for breakfast and nice little touches - traditional Aberdeen Butteries were spot on!
Nothing

John the owner and his staff are absolutely fantastic. This is a place that truly feels like home from home! I've worked away from home for 3 decades now and I've never ever felt so welcomed ever.

Everything. The room and the rest of the facilities were brilliant and the host went out of his way to make the stay an enjoyable, comfortable experience. Everything has been thought of and I highly recommend the Beeches.
Nothing.

Good location for me. Room was spotless.
Some problems to access the property. Decor is really dated.
