The Villa was nice beds comfortable and place was clean. Location was good just a few minutes walk into centre of Cochem.
The breakfast only gave a short window time 8.15 to 9.30 .
The place was on a steep hill be aware not one for thoes having difficulty walking alot of steps too . Driving was difficult there at that property limited parking spots had to park in local train station where there was parking.
We didn't get there till late after 7 in the evening note left on door nobody to receive you in .

Lovely traditional guesthouse with views of the castle! Clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great!
Monika was a friendly staff member who made us feel welcome!
It was an uphill climb to the hotel so harder for people not taking a taxi.

Location is just at the center, the room was so cute, warm and spotless clean. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. The castle view from breakfast room was cherry on top.

The view from the room was beautiful and the location was good.
The owner was not very friendly at check-in, extremely bureaucratic (he said he would only tell us where he should park after passing on all the information - the room was already paid for - meanwhile my husband was waiting in the car on a very steep street where only 1 car passes at a time)
Tricky path to carry suitcase between parking and hotel.
Extremely hot room, no air conditioning and no curtain!! So we were woken up at 5 am by the sun!
Good location but uphill.
