It was an enjoyable stay
The breakfast was very extensive and of top quality. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The hotel and the room were very clean and pleasant to stay in, with a beautiful view of the Moselle.
It was unfortunate that you had to leave the hotel in the cold to go to the breakfast room in the other building. The indoor pool was nice, but the water was much too cold for a wellness pool.

While our stay was generally okay, the overall experience was disappointing, and I can’t recommend the hotel.
The location of the hotel is directly opposite to the Mosel river.
The hotel feels quite outdated, and our experience at reception was disappointing. When we arrived, there were two receptionists at the desk, and the older European staff member appeared distracted and struggled with the computer. He was not friendly, and when we returned the spa amenities, he even forgot to note that we had returned them. On a positive note, the Asian staff were friendly and genuinely tried their best to help us, which we appreciated.

We had requested 2 parking places, only one was allocated. my email to the Hotel clearly asked for 2, they blamed Booking.com!!! we had also requested a Table in their Restaurant but they said they were too busy as it was Buffet night and no space. We asked them to recommend and book us a Restaurant in town but refused saying they wouldn’t recommend the competition. They put us in a Sister Hotel down the street, one room had NO Air Conditioning and the other room Air Conditioning was faulty and didn’t work, temperature was 32 degrees Centigrade. would not recommend this hotel.
