It s a great place to come back !

I loved the room . Bed is really good. Location is wonderful. Free place for car. Breakfast is good!

That our room was not in the main building , but 2 buildings further, behind . We had to walk outside. It was really pity. Bathroom is small.

I was in a separate building (“guest house”) a few minutes walk outside to the main building and breakfast. This was not clear when I did the booking. Luckily it was not raining.

Ok to stay, but that's it.

Hotel was ok, but not as expected and described. The big terras was not there. It was just part of the hotel restaurant where the windows could be opened. Between the Moesel and the hotel was a very busy road. Hotelbar was not as described as well. Not a place to dance or relax. There were also no parking lots. You had to park your car across the street. Breakfast was ok, all what you needed, but very busy and not very special. Personeel was ok, not great. Just doing their work. Room was very small and dusty. So, hotel was ok to stay for the night, but not great and special as described here at booking.com

The location.

It was an acceptable stay in many ways but I was somewhat disappointed that we were expected to book tables to have a beer on the terrace. Additionally the buffet was not replenished quickly enough and the result of this would be that many of our party were left waiting for food.

Great tub!

The large corner tub was dreamy after a long day of walking cobblestone streets. The shower had built in speakers so you could jam out to your favorite tunes in great shower acoustics. The bed wasn't anything spectacular, but it served its purpose and the balcony was a quiet place to enjoy the Mosel river. The breakfast had a huge selection, something for everyone.

Breakfast was a good selection and the restaurant staff in the evening were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were very efficient.

The bed was slightly sloping so it wasn't a comfortable sleep and the elevator next to the room was very loud and squeaky making noise late into the night and early in the morning. The walls are not very soundproof. I was also not given the room I booked and put in a different building. The hotel was extremely busy.

Not the best experience I had

The rooms were clean

1. The pictures show a hotel by the river. We were given a room in a guest house outside the hotel in another building. The room was dark and was depressive 2. The restaurant was also depressive. I think they should change those table cloths from 1930s and bring a bit more modernized look 3. the pillows were a disaster. I had a neck pain in the morning. 4. it is close to Beilstein but around the hotel it is not as lively as Beilstein, not much choice of Restaurants closeby 5. we stayed for one night only, more than that would not be an option

Pleasant

The room was an adequate size, but dated, with no view, just a fence outside the window. The view from the front of the hotel, and the location, is beautiful. The breakfast was good, but the Covid measures seemed chaotic.

The room was overpriced for what it was. Dinner in the restaurant was a disaster, we waited over an hour for our food, although we were given a free glass of wine.

Was das Hotel und den Service Betrifft, TOP

Der gesamte Aufenthalt war für uns als Gruppe sehr angenehm. Das Personal war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war reichlich und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben das Abendbuffet genossen.

Im Hotel hat wohl ein Hund die ganze Nacht gebellt, wir haben das nicht gehört, auch niemand aus unserer Gruppe. Am morgen bin ich in unverschämter weise von einem Anwohner im Rollstuhl ( gab sich als Besitzer aus ?!) runtergeputzt worden als wir von der Gassi Runde kamen. Der Herr ließ auch keinerlei Erklärungen meinerseits zu, das wir auf der anderen Gebäudeseite wohnten interessierte Ihn nicht. Unser Hund hat nicht gebellt in den Nächten des Aufenthalts und Punkt. Wenn Er wirklich der Inhaber war, dann Mahlzeit .

Die Lage war gut Zimmer war gut.

Personal war unfreundlich und unflexibel. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr schlecht. Die Matratze war viel zu weich und die Kissen aus Synthetik waren nicht gut. Die Rühreier beim Frühstück schwammen im Wasser und ausserdem ständig nicht verfügbar. 2 Sorten Brötchen, na ja

Keinerlei vorab Info, dass das Gästehaus so weit vom Haupthotel ist und die Zimmer soweit von einander entfernt 3. Online präsentieren Sie moderne frisch renovierte Zimmer. Im Haupthaus trifft man jedoch renovierungsbedürftige Zimmer mit Ihnen sicherlich bereits bekannten Mängeln (z.B. schlecht öffnene Fenster, alte teils defekte Möbel, Schimmel im Duschbereich und in den Fugen)

Die Zimmer im Gästehaus waren neu renoviert. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Das Abendbuffet war geschmacklich gut.

Sehr wenig Toilettenpapier. Bad ziemlich klein. Sehr viele Gäste am Buffet. Teilweise nicht mehr aufgefüllt.

Sehr Herzlich und sehr Hilfsbereit Gutes Team Danke

Wir konnten durch einen Unfall nach dem Einchecken weder Zimmer nach die Lage bewundern ,da der Anreisetag auch gleich der Rückreisetag war, zum Personal an der Rezeption und die Hilfsbereitschaft aller Geste und das Verständnis das wir unser Reise An die Mosel sofort nach den Besuch im Krankenhaus in Cochem. Weil meine Frau nicht mehr Laufen kann die Rückreise Angetreten habe. Mit viele Herzliche Genesung wünschen aller Beschäftigten ein Lob an Herrn Atanas Georgiev Sie haben ein Gutes und vorzügliches Team Danke. Und wir freuen uns Sie ballt wieder zu besuchen.

Het uitzicht op de Moezel!

Kamer aan straatkant,boven de eetzaal. Een badkamer zo klein dat je niet fatsoenlijk op de toilet kon zitten. Afdrogen moest op de gang,anders geen ruimte. Het ontbijtbuffet werd niet aangevuld,geen kopjes te vinden,geen bestek, veel producten op terwijl we ruim op tijd waren. Ik heb nog nooit zo'n slechte ervaring gehad. Niks klopte met de foto's op de site of met de beschrijving van de boeking. Hier nooit meer!
