Staff Inflexibility left a bad taste on a good stay l

Nice atmosphere, wine bar next door. Most amenities available. Parking easy, Everything very clean, nice room and breakfast as you can expect.

Inflexibility, only very early checkin available (?) and if you come later even if indicated you get unexpected extra costs at checkout. In general if you do not fit their exact timings (breakfast only from 8-10) you are treated as a nuisance. Minor points are no coffee-tea in the room and outdated tv system w/o netflix.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, . The room was very clean and spacious, beds were comfy but pillows need updating. The location was nice and quiet, so we had a nice nights sleep.

The bar staff/Breakfast staff was a little rude and didn't really look like she wanted to help . The breakfast was very simple, some warm meat and some healthy nuts/granola would have been a nice options. Flies in the breakfast area were a little off putting.

Hotel conveniente para visitar la zona del Mosela.Habitacion con buen tamaño y camas cómodas. El restaurante perfecto para cenar tras un duro día de visitas. Esta a la orilla del Mosela y cerca de Cochem.

Este hotel tiene algunas cosas que no corresponden a su categoría y para el precio que pagamos.Para llegar a las habitaciones hay que pasar con las maletas atravesando el restaurante. No hay nevera en la habitación. Y la luz de baño es automática con lo que se enciende toda la habitación si te levantas a media noche al wc. Además si estas dentro de la ducha, se apaga no te detecta y se apaga. Muy incómodo.

Heel schoon hotel. Comfortabele kamer, mooie fijne badkamer en goed ontbijt. Het eten in het restaurant was heel erg goed.

Die Unterkunft ist modern und bietet für jeden etwas. Sie ist sauber und sehr gepflegt. Das gesamte Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch mal wiederkommen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und kommen bei Gelegenheit gern wieder.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Alles da, was man so braucht. Buffet wurde ständig neu aufgefüllt. Sitzgelegenheiten sehr bequem und gemütlich. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Het vreemde vonden we bij een verblijf van 2 nachten dat je kamer niet werd schoongemaakt en werd voorzien van nieuwe handdoeken terwijl dat normaal is .vonden wij vreemd dus in de avond op vragen alleen nieuwe handdoeken gekregen

Erholsam, guter Schlaf, gutes Essen, nettes Personal und vorallem guter Wein

Super Hunde und Kinderfreundlich. Bekamen bei Ankunft unaufgefordert einen Napf Wasser hingestellt und während des Frühstücks konnten wir über die Küche heißes Wasser für das Baby in unsere Thermoskanne bekommen. Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt, da man von dort aus viele Sachen zu Fuß erreichen konnte.

Eigentlich kein Kritikpunkt, jedoch wäre ein kleiner Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer perfekt gewesen.

Hat uns sehr gut gefallen, schöner Aufenthalt und sehr schöne Umgegend

Zimmer und Haus neu renoviert und eingerichtet, sehr schönes Restaurant. Sehr gutes Frühstück, reichliche Auswahl.

Bad Tür lies sich nur wenig öffnen da das Bett im Weg war. Lauter lang nach laufender Badlüfter. Kein Kühlschrank oder Minibar im Zimmer

Het ontbijt en diner was prima. Personeel zeer vriendelijk. Kamers waren schoon. Het gratis gebruik van de bus naar Cochem is heel prettig. De fietspaden zijn perfect.

Ideale locatie, kamer kon beter

De locatie (nabij Cochem) en bijhorende gratis parking maken dit hotel ideaal voor de streek. De wellnessfaciliteiten waren uitstekend en goed onderhouden. Het restaurant, zowel ontbijt als diner, was uitstekend! Heel vriendelijke bediening, lekker eten, mooie bordjes.

De kamer beviel wat minder goed. Middenin de zomer wordt het er erg warm. De ventilator die er staat maakt enorm veel lawaai waardoor je de slaap moeilijk kunt vatten - het raam openen is je beste optie. Ook hygiënisch kon het wat beter. Stof aanwezig, tapijt over heel de kamer, vochtvlek in de badkamer. De hotelkamers zijn aan onderhoud toe.

Beim Abendessen konnte man die Suppe vom Menü auch nicht gegen Aufpreis tauschen. Etwas mehr Flexibilität wäre da toll gewesen.

Ma chambre, située à l'arrière du bâtiment, était très calme, bien équipée et le lit confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon et varié. Bel accueil et personnel aux petits soins.

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre, mais le ventilateur a fait l'affaire.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel mit sehr guten Leistungen

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern möbliert und trotz der Lage des Hotels an der Hauptverkehrsstraße absolut ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot alles, was man sich vorstellen kann: diverse Brot- und Brötchensorten, Müsli, Joghurts, Eierspeisen, Käse, Wurstaufschnitt, Lachs, frisches Obst, verschiedene Säfte, Kaffee, Tee, Kuchen - unglaublich! Hervorzuheben ist auch die besondere Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Teams. Angesichts der hohen Temperaturen war der Ventilator auf dem Zimmer Gold wert!

Die Betten waren etwas weich und die Dusche recht eng, aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Wat ik al zei. Vriendelijk hotel en zeer attent personeel

De behulpzaamheid zowel het personeel als de gasten. Ik loop nl met een rollattor en met alle trappen is soms moeilijk. Veel kan ik alleen als er Max 2/3 treden mijn met een armleuning. Ook bracht het personeel de koffie en medicijn ongevraagd op mijn tafel het was een geweldige week

Es war sehr schön.

Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Die Terasse liegt genau zur Straße. Bei starkem Verkehr war es schwierig sich zu unterhalten. Das ist aber nunmal nicht zu ändern.
