We had an amazing time! They had bustickets for us to use and e-bikes to rend. Everything we needed, they had!

The location was amazing, next to the winefields! Enough spaces for parking too. Very close to a busstop to take you to Cochem.

The rooms were a bit noisy. But you didn’t hear anything at night! So we slept great.

An excellent base from which to explore the Mosel.

In general location terms it was excellent. It was only a very short drive to Cochem and we had views directly over the Mosel. Breakfast was classic continental, German style, and we were very happy with it.

In the only flies in the ointment were firstly, the price you paid for having an unspoilt view of the Mosel was that the main road passed directly under your balcony, so there was some traffic noise. And secondly the lift taking you to street level could play up and not work.

Nice room. All clean and beautiful view over the river. Excellent bed

Beautiful location directly on the Mosel with vineyards all around! Beautiful, well designed and maintained property. Excellent breakfast! Excellent views!

My only critique, and sadly it’s an important one being this is a hotel, is the bedding. Our bedsheets had a lot of animal hair and the pillows were not comfortable or good quality. The staff was wonderful and immediately re-made our beds, but unfortunately the first impression had already been made.

fantastic place for a short romantic weekend in the Mosel area

fantastic view on the river Mosel, yet super quiet rooms (can’t hear traffic from boats and cars). the room is very clean and comfy. the people are so friendly, jovial and polite, we felt very welcomed.

Pure relax in the wine region

All was shiny, crispy clean and very comfortable. We have enjoyed the river view! The bubble bath is also lovely, now we need to come back in winter and look at snow while lying in the hot water! The wine is awesome too and we bought some to take home :)

Great stay near Mosel, very conveniently located, clean and comfortable. We took the usual room, which faces the vineyards. More expensive rooms have balconies and face Mosel, but there is a road right beneath, so I'm not sure how quiet they are. Overall, very pleased.

Good

The building outside looks very beautiful. It is right in fromt of the Mosel river and 200m from the ferry stop. The rooms inside are nice and clean. The personnel was mostly kind.

The quality of WI-Fi connection was unacceptable. Also connecting via 4G, in that area, was quite a mission. We felt a bit isolated and always hunting for signal. We tried the restaurant, and we must say that the quality of food was much under expectations. The garden is also super small, versus the expectations from the pictures.

Great kitchen, amazing food quality. The breakfast was also really good.

The room was nice but for the price we were missing a little fridge or watercooker at least for being able to make a coffee of tea in the room. We arrived too early and the response of one of the staff members was quite unfriendly, so make sure that you do not under no citcumstances arrive too early. The wlan in the hotel did not work during the 2 days of our stay.

Ideal für Genießer

Die Lage ist so wunderschön, dass es von den Bewertungspunkten nicht genug gibt, so eine herrliche Aussicht auf Mosel und Weinberge, einfach genial. Die Leute des Hotels sehr zuvorkommend und immer auf unser Wohl bedacht, der Chef nimmt sich Zeit für seine Gäste und das Essen ist eine Extra Klasse für sich.

Ein paar mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad und ein Haltegriff in der Dusche wären als einziger Punkt aus unserer Sicht wünschenswert.

De ligging, mooie kamers, erg goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel. Ook het diner wat we daar gegeten hebben was erg goed! Je kunt goed merken aan alles dat ze graag willen dat je een fijn verblijf hebt!

Frühstück war reichhaltig, es wurde regelmäßig nachgelegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Zimmer sehr sauber, hervorragendes Bett. Ich habe so gut geschlafen wie zu Hause.

Die hoteleigene Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Parkstreifen an der Durchgangsstraße war nicht optimal. Rückwärts ausparken wegen schlechter Sicht oft nur mit Einweisung möglich. Gut, hätte ich rückwärts eingeparkt, wäre es besser gewesen ...
