Difficult to find even in a small village

What annoyed me was that we asked for a disabled room on Booking.com and was assured that we would have one that was suitable. When we arrived at the hotel, they had no message that that was what was required. Thankfully they had another room, but that cost 20 euros more. The hotel blames Booking.com. Booking. com will obviously blame the hotel and I will end up paying for it!!

The location was ok, the staff not very friendly.

Nice installations

The owners were not really that nice. It felt like they had a smile because it was part of the job and not because they are happy to receive clients. Everytime we needed help or had a question it felt like we were bothering them with such simple questions like at what times the facilites are open and so on… Our room had a very humid smellc maybe the carpet flooring…

Some staff (reception and head waiter in restaurant) were not especially friendly or welcoming. But cleaning staff and waitresses at breakfast were friendly and helpful. For the price, the room was small.

Relic from the past

Clean

We paid €160 for a ‘superior’ room which was small, dated and very hot. There was a lot of noise in the hotel. The pillows were extremely soft. Also many mosquitos. I think we mostly paid for the updated bathroom with the ´smart-toilet’. The spa was disappointing: you have to pay for the ‘bath’, you have to bring your own towel from your room or rent one. This is probably one of the best hotels near Koblenz, but don’t expect to get too much value for your money.

Wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden

Wir waren jetzt das 4. Mal dort , das Zimmer war für uns ausreichend groß und wirklich hübsch und modern. Die Dusche war toll ! Frühstück ausreichend. Das Essen im Restaurant wie immer sehr lecker . Wir empfinden das ganze hotel als gemütlich und das was wir erwarten in dieser Region. Man liest oft das Hotel sei " in die Jahre gekommen " ich frage mich echt was die Leute erwarten und wie sie selber leben . Wir kommen im kommenden Jahr wieder !

Mini Tisch für uns am Frühstück obwohl viel frei war , das finde ich sehr schade !

Uitstekend in alle opzichten!

Het ontbijt was heel goed en zeer uitgebreid. Het diner was super, alle gerechten waren echt heerlijk. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk. De kamers waren netjes en ruim.

Het enige minpuntje was dat er geen waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat op de kamer aanwezig was, maar verder was het echt super, zijn we zeer tevreden en gaan snel een keer terug.

Wer es liebt das Ambiente , ist hier richtig.

Liegt direkt am Bahnhof . Reichhaltiges Frühstück, Getränke werden an den Tisch gebracht.

Abstellplätze für Räder kaum vorhanden. Viele Radleichen zu sehen. Kleines Zimmer für viel Geld. Die Einrichtung ist aus meiner Sicht stehen geblieben, Altbacken.

Zimmer groß und super sauber. Frühstück gut sortiert. Betten bequem. Ruhige Lage.

Muffiger Geruch in den Fluren (alte Teppichböden) Im Bad Wanne mit Vorhang zum Duschen, hakelnde Armaturen. Kein 4* Standart. Balkon mit instabilen, wackeligen Platten ausgelegt. Nichts für ängstliche Menschen. Bademantel und Handtücher für den Wellnessbereich nur gegen Gebühr. Wasser (Flaschen) im Zimmer kostenpflichtig. Backwaren beim Frühstück mangelnde Qualität (weich, gummiartig) Auffüllen des Buffets teilweise schleppend, eine ältere Mitarbeiterin reagierte pampig auf den Hinweis dass die Rühreier (schon länger) leer sind. Familienbetrieb auch im schlechten Sinn, es wird gespart wo es geht. Preis/ Leistung passt überhaupt nicht. Parkplätze nicht in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden, wir mussten auf das Bahnhofsareal ausweichen. Beim auschecken ging es nur um die Bezahlung der Rechnung, keine Frage ob es uns gefallen hat oder ähnliches ...., nie wieder

Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt.Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Die Küche war sehr gut.

Prettig verblijf in een prachtige omgeving.

Goed restaurant met heerlijke Riesling wijn van Johan Fuchs uit nabijgelegen Pommern. Dankzij de hotelmedewerker hebben we bij de leverancier een paar flessen extra opgehaald om mee naar huis te nemen. Heerlijk ontbijt. Schone kamer in ‘landhuis’ en vriendelijke service.

Jammer dat landhuis zich iets van hotel bevond, waardoor je de sfeer vh hotel anders ervaart. Wij hadden om die reden heel graag een minibar in de kamer gezien.

Ein schöner Ausflug in die einmalige Welt der Burgen und Weinberge!

Sehr solide Ausstattung mit Balkon mit Blick auf die Mosel, einem schönen Restaurant mit großer Speisekarte und freundlicher Bedienung, und einem für das Hotel großem Spa Bereich! Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt)

Das Zimmer wurde an keinem der 3 Tage durchgesaugt, oder der Staub gewischt. In der Pollensaison nicht so günstig.

Ein wirklich romantisches Hotel! Wir hatten ein kleines, aber wunderschönes und sehr angenehmes Zimmer in der Kategorie „Schloss“ mit herrlichem Blick auf die Mosel. Die Mosel mal im Frühling zu erleben war traumhaft schön! Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker, mit sehr viel Auswahl! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Aber der Höhepunkt war das Abendessen! Einfach köstlich! Hohes Niveau und den Preis definitiv wert! Wir können besonders das Schweinefilet empfehlen!! Einziges Manko: Von der Stadt kommend ist es sehr schwer verständlich, dass die Restaurants grundsätzlich schon um 20/20:30 Uhr schließen. Im Hotel hat der tolle Wellnessbereich auch (offiziell) schon um 19:00 Uhr geschlossen. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht da und konnten erst nach 18 Uhr eintreffen. Auf Anfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass er auch noch bis 20 Uhr nutzbar sein wird. Das hat uns tatsächlich aber nicht sehr geholfen, da wir uns ja trotzdem zeitlich entscheiden mussten: Essen oder Wellness. Wir konnten morgens vor dem Auschecken um 10 noch für ein Stündchen in den Bereich, was schön war! Abends von 21 bis 22 Uhr hätte es uns allerdings sehr viel besser gepasst, bzw. von 19-20 Uhr, wenn man danach noch hätte essen können... (Das mit den frühen Schließzeiten ist kein spezielles Problem des Hotels, sondern ein allgemeines Problem an der Mosel- irgendwie ist die Zeit dort stehengeblieben.)

Abendessen war sensationell. Frühstück lecker. Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent. Herausragend war Lukas. Freundlich, aber nicht aufgesetzt. Hat man heutzutage nur noch selten.

Ruheraum Sauna hätte etwas größer und etwas gemütlicher sein können.
