The breakfast was excellent and convenient- in the restaurant attached to the hotel. Breakfast is unavailable on MOnday and Tuesday—not informed of this when booking.
apparently the receptionist is not available on Monday and Tuesday, and I was not informed of this when booking. I received a text this on the Saturday before my Tuesday check in. The message required I call a certain number by Sunday 6pm. I did this, and the gentleman to whom I spoke said I would need to be at the hotel before noon on Tuesday when someone would be there to let me in. This meant that I forgo half a day in Koblenz to be there on time, Not my. Plan. When I got there there were perfect directions on the door as to how to access when reception was unavailable. My point is I didn’t need the worry of making contact or the need to skip half my time in Koblenz.

Great breakfast at hotel. Quiet area nestled in the hills. Nice view from the room, picturesque gardens. Big bathroom big rooms. We visited Burg Eltz in the morning.
Check in late was a bit of a technical challenge as the host wasn’t able to send us the PIN code to enter premises and we had to call and exchange several in app messages until we got them. It may be a Booking.com issue with QR codes but it was frustrating.

Breakfast good, and perfect location to get Eltz castle.
Enjoyed talking with a guy from Switzerland at the restaurant.
Needed a refrigerator.
