The staff was bored of tourists.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, location is central.

I came at 10h and not really friendly way, they told be "come back at 15h", not even asking if they can store our luggage or we need some information, nothing. "Your check in is at 15h, come back later." Staff at the breakfast had all the time a lemon face. The only friendly lady was at the check in. And the internet was the whole time impossible to connect.

Practical location.

Very practical location. The outdoor parking is fine and safe, I left the bike on the rack and I had no problem at all. The staff is very friendly.

Very happy but only one complaint

Beautiful location. Easy to get to from the main station. Staff was very friendly very accommodating. I had some particular needs for my baby and they more than obliged. Very grateful for that

It was very hot in the room during the afternoon and there was no air conditioning or any other means of cooling inside the temperature. That was not comfortable at all. So keep in mind anyone planning to travel in summers.

Close to everything, friendly staff.

No 24 hr check in desk. Sometimes you could find someone, sometimes not. No double or queen beds. Two twin beds are scrunched together. Separate twin-size comforters. No Queen topper, so one of us slept in the ditch between the two beds while we tried to make each comforter fit us both. it was a struggle all night long. Every night.

good location, decent breakfast

in line with the number of stars. we paid for a superior room but it had no view. we did smell instead the food from the kitchen of the next door hotel when we wanted to let in some fresh air. the "do it yourself " check-in takes much longer than traditional check-in and in any case you need a person to assist since the app on the touch screens is not at all intuitive (I did not pay attention to the initial communication but I regretted not doing the online checking in advance). we did not pre-book parking but there are some 5-7 min walk parkings which cost 2-8 euros per day. we were lazy and preferred to pay the parking in front of the hotel (1 euro/hour) but limited to max 2h, the downside being that every 2h between 8-19 one has to pay again. for us it was still convenient since we arrived around 5 pm and left the next day around lunch.

Not the best choice for anyone on a motorbike

Lovely rooms and great location with tables overlooking the river

Parking - we were travelling on 2 motorbikes and were not advised that spaces in the garage had to be reserved. There is a car park at the front of the hotel and we would have only required one parking space however we were advised that motorbikes could not park there??? Motorcycle parking was over the road and underneath a bridge in a public car park (out of sight of the hotel) which was chargeable until 7pm.

The location was great and made it easy to get to other locations and attractions in the city. The breakfast was fantastic and a great way to start the day. The size of the room was comfortable.

Great location in beautiful Cochem!

The location of this hotel is great! The rooms are comfortable and clean. I did not get a chance to try the breakfast, but it appeared to have a very large variety of offerings. If you book this hotel, I recommend booking a room with a FULL Balcony. The "French Balcony" left a lot to be desired.

50€ Aufpreis für einen kleinen Allergikergeeigneten für eine Nacht finde ich sehr teuer. Betten waren recht schmal, aber top Matratzen.

Tolle Lage im schönen Zimmer - leider zu teuer mit Hund im Kurzurlaub !

Sehr schönes und komfortables Zimmer

Ich bedauere den Pauschalbetrag von 50,-€ für unseren Hund Willi. Obwohl in der im Hotel ausliegenden FRE.ZEIT-Broschüre geschrieben steht „15-€/Nacht“. Uns wurde die Pauschale erst nach Ablauf der Frist zur kostenlosen Stornierung per E-Mail mitgeteilt.

Geweldig.

Blij dat alles op loop afstand is. Direct in het centrum. Loop afstand van het kasteel. Auto konden dichterbij parkeren.

Een waterkoker en/of een koffie automaat op de kamer. Wij zijn altijd vroeg op en dan drinken ee graag koffie. Nu moest je langer wachten tot ontbijt. En daar moest je dan extra voor betalen
