Overall, a nice overnight stay with a great location.
The location was perfect. We had very easy access to the cafes, castle and the river. The market square and the town are both amazing. The staff were very helpful providing details of free parking and access info to obtain the key. The room was well presented and clean.
In our particular room (#6) (so I can not vouch for other rooms) we had issues with both shower heads, clearly they had not been cleaned/looked at for some time. This made it difficult to shower. Also, the booking statement toiletries included. So, we did not take any to shower etc. Unfortunately there were none provided. Not exactly a big challenge, but it could have been better. One small note, we booked for location, which was perfect! In the market square, but we didn't expect late night club/parties, until 4am... so we had very limited sleep! This might be the time of year? However, something to be considered.

OK for just one night
It was OK, for one night, which was the length of our stay. Clean overall.
The communication was horrible. They sent us a message at 9 in the morning stating only which number is the apartment. We had problem finding the facility as in booking it states number 2 of the address and we could find number 2. I ve sent a message in which I received no reply. Eventually we realised that it was number 4 of the address. It does have a sign saying arkaden right outside. We got into the apartment, to realise that they only left one body towel for each one of us. No hair towel, no hand towel no nothing. Also, even though the apartment is equipped with hygiene products, there was only liquid hand soap. Not even a sample of hair shampoo.

It was alright, but it didn’t feel like good value for money
Spacious
Quite austere, no kettle, no coffee, just two glasses. Not very welcoming. We didn’t spend much time in the room. Booking.com sent us the wrong address, it was number 4 not number 2. We wasted 20 minutes trying to get in. It felt overpriced.

Not able enter the property with the PIN provided. Contacted the property by phone, no takers. Sent message! After 30 minutes a man came out and helped to get in.
