The room downstairs with extra facilities
Having to go to the pub down the road to get the key, wen I handed the key back wen leaving the lady was dismissive and never said thank you or was everything ok

The Y Capel is located just off Conwy High Street and is very easy to find
Check in is very easy and l had no issues getting into my room
The room was very spacious and spotless, it was nicely decorated and well appointed.
I had a set of patio doors that led out to a small area with a table and two chairs where l could have sat and enjoyed a drink.
The bed was large and comfortable and l had a very good night's sleep.
The breakfast was served at the adjacent pub, it was excellent and there was plenty of choice.
The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
A minor point is the large size of the room's key fob!
