Lovely staff, so helpful, great location and rooms were very well equipped and comfortable .
Rooms could have done with a lick of paint and breakfast was of variable quality..

Rain shower sprayed water over shower door into floor, but hand held shower worked well instead

Amazing location in central Conwy - perfect room with great views
The check in is done at a counter in the pub next door. Staff were obviously easily distracted by their other responsibilities in serving customers. I did not feel welcomed.
