Location was perfect! Room was comfortable.
Room had everything you needed and there was space downstairs if you wanted to sit and eat/socialise.
Parking!
£15 for 24hrs, if you move during the day you are not guaranteed a space when you get back. Not enough overnight spaces for people staying!

The beds were very comfortable, the refreshments in the room were appreciated, the connection with a local Indian Restaurant and another cafe, where a discount was offered because of staying at Fairhaven, was a great bonus.
The property is an old building so you can clearly hear noise from other rooms. Luckily guests were not too loud and I admit there is not much that can be done by the owners about this. The shower also took some time to get to a decent temperature, I had to get a cold shower but my mum was able to get it to hot.

Great location for visiting zip world, and it's the heart of betws-y-coed which is fantastic. We stayed valentines weekend and the petals on the bed were a nice touch.
We stayed in room 7 and i don't know if this is the same for other rooms, but all through the night there was a weird noise almost like a roulette wheel spinning it would then stop and 5 minutes later restart, it made for quite and awful night sleep.
