The location was amazing and breakfast was beautifully made. The fresh juices were the best we have ever had! The room was lovely and spacious, was lovely and clean and the snack bar/fridge in the room was a really nice touch! The bed was super comfortable and the duvet and pillows were perfect! (So much so I want to know where they are from!!) We also had a standing fan in the room that was remote controlled and had a nice range of settings, as well as being so quiet you wouldn’t even know it was on! this made my partner very happy as he likes to sleep with a fan on.

The only downside is no onsite parking, we came during the off season when you are able to park on the double yellows outside the hotel so this didn’t impact us at all but I can imagine when this is not possible it can be a little frustrating!

For people with mobility issues far too many steps - from pavement to front door, then steep stairs to room (fortunately, we were on the first floor)

Breakfasts were as ordered and we'll presented. The staff we had dealings with were excellent.

Very comfortable modern room although a bit on the small size. Spotlessly clean. Great lighting for reading in bed. Fantastic breakfast with fresh fruit and a range of tasty cooked options. Staff were very friendly. We also ate here one evening - superb tapas. No parking on site but we were given helpful suggestions for local parking. This might be more problematic in high season. Good shower

Tiny cramped bathroom. It was difficult to use the wash basin.

Very nice breakfast, served fresh at the time we wanted. Also has dinner in their onsite Tapas Restaurant which was exceptionally good. Room was lovely, very comfortable and with every possible detail covered. Lovely view from Room 4 window of the river. Friendly staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

There is no onsite parking, and you can't stop outside due to double yellows, but there is plenty of parking close by (payable). This is the price you pay for such a charming old town and building so was easy to deal with.

Beautiful large well equipped room with modern en suite bathroom. Lots of great touches. Very homely feel. Attentive staff. Great freshly home cooked choice of breakfast. Would highly recommend Olif Restaurant we went both nights, great atmosphere with excellent food.

the room was spacious enough , had wardrobe and drawer storage , bed was very comfortable . There was a coffee making machine , bottled water was provided each day , had a fridge , and TV had channels plus apps . Breakfast was tasty and plentiful . We were advised where to park nearby ( which could be free on street when spaces were available ). The hotel is in an excellent central location . Staff were attentive and pleasant .

Small criticism re breakfast - there were not enough berry dishes for the number of visitors . Re, the property it would benefit from double glazing to exclude noise from the main street .

Olif is a beautifully decorated and comfortable space in the heart of gorgeous Betws-y-Coed. The breakfasts were superb and the staff were wonderful. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was superb, freh good quality food and great choice. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean and well furnished with lovely en suite.

bigger cups or mugs for tea would be good. and larger draws In the furniture to provide space to put underwear etc if you were staying more than 2 nights and want to unpack rather than living out of your travel bags.

Fantastic breakfast! Huge portions, several great choices, and lovely presentation.

Booked this as a last minute getaway so I could hike Snowdon. The location is perfect, in the centre of picturesque Betws-y-coed. Parking was easy. The room I stayed in was immaculate and well stocked with lots of nice things in a mini bar as well as a nespresso coffee machine. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bed linen and pillows. I booked for both nights, and it was sensational. It’s a Welsh tapas fusion, lots of options and they cater to all dietary requirements. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection, and this is coming from a food snob :) Breakfast was one of the nicest I’ve ever had. The hospitality was second to none, I was well looked after by everyone, particularly the lady on my second night on the Saturday. I’ll return here as often as I can, don’t hesitate to book.

The room was exceptionally clean, with a large modern bathroom. Large bath towels, hand towels, flannels & even a make up remover cloth. Tea tray with coffee bod machine, fresh coffee & tea available, along with sparkling water & even a set of wine glasses with bottle opener. A really nice touch is the fridge in the hallway with fresh milk & supplies to top up your tea tray. A warm friendly greeting and throughout our stay, everyone we met was exceptionally helpful & friendly. Breakfast ingredients where of high quality & cooked well. Will definitely be returning, the price is exceptional value for the quality of the accommodation and staff.

Could not find any fault, whilst there was no parking this is due to the area and not the establishment. There is a short stay and long stay car park within a minutes walk.

The whole experience from start to finish staying at the Olif for my Wife's 50th Birthday couldn't have been any better. This should be a template how bed and breakfast should be done in other areas for the country. Such lovely people, with stunning rooms, great location all packed off with amazing evening meals and breakfasts. We loved every moment of our stay and didn't want to go home.
