Funny smell in room

What an amazing and welcoming staff i really can't thanks them enough for what they did for us.our train was cancelled on our way back home and we had to go to Llandudno junction from Llandudno to catch the last train of the day and if it wasn't to the manager/owner who offered us a lift to the station as no taxi was available (Sunday night) we will have been in trouble as both me and my wife was working on Monday and the kids will have missed on school.apart from that very professional and friendly staff who will look after their guests to the best

The place it self is a very clean and tidy. all what you need for a nice and free stress stay it looks like the rooms where recently refreshed the en suite bathroom looks brand new . The hotel is well located in the centre of Llandudno but in a very quiet street. We will definitely be back. And will highly recommend it to my friends and family and anyone really wanted it s nice place to stay in Llandudno
