Beautifully decorated throughout, stunning views from certain areas of the hotel, mainly the bar and restaurant.
Food outstanding and the staff are very friendly and very attentive.
There is a small issue with the sensor light on the wardrobe. I love it when it lights up, but since there are no doors on them, the light comes on when you're in bed if you move.

Beautiful hotel and staff were great. Spotless and good size rooms. Decent free parking.
We paid for a superior room but had no view at all apart from a courtyard on ground floor; So not quite sure how that was classed as superior and we could not move as it was full.
Had a gown for the spa but had to pay £2 if u wanted slippers! Never had that before and was surprised there would be a charge they usually come as a set in all other hotels I have been in?
No vanity mirror / magnifying for ladies doing makeup in bathroom?
Didn’t do cocktails after 10pm or coffee’s? Apparently due to night porter and staff change.
Enjoyed the stay but there were some small disappointments especially as this was not a cheap hotel to stay at.
