We got a lovely warm welcome

The location is fantastic, it's so easy to walk to the castle and around Conwy. We ate at Erskine Arms both evenings that we stayed there - the food was fantastic. We really enjoyed the cooked breakfast too. There's a small lounge for hotel guests at the front of the hotel which is a lovely environment to relax in the evenings. We parked in the Morfa Bach car park nearby which lets you pay for multiple days up front and extend where required, so the lack of parking was not an issue.
The windows were a little draughty so we did end up having the radiator on to keep the heat in the room.

Friendly staff
Woken at 3am by a loud noise like a washing machine on spin mode! Very annoying as difficult to get back to sleep…
