Plenty of parking on-site, and the hotel is well-maintained with excellent facilities. We had a disabled room (only one available when we booked) and it was especially spacious. We booked the stay because they had air-conditioning available - the highs for the day were 35 degrees. It worked superbly and kept us cool, as was the whole hotel. Breakfast was included and the selection was decent and of high quality. There is an attached spa which was at additional cost, which we did not use. We had dinner in the restaurant, and they had excellent food, with adequate but not spectacular vegetarian or vegan options.
There's really not much around the area to do - no pubs nor restaurants, so the hotel is really the only option for meals and entertainment. Our room overlooked what seems to be a small reservoir, which used to be a water park with surfing that has long since shut down, so the whole facility looked very dilapidated.

The breakfast was nice and the only member of staff that stood out was the chef topping up the Buffett.
Upon booking I had to ring several times to book the spa something that another customer mentioned at reception too, we were disappointed that this is an extra cost as the rooms are rather expensive for what they are and really the spa should be included. The spa was not at all worth the £60 extra for two people we never had the chance to sit in the outdoor infinity pool as it was too crowded, the changing rooms were very untidy with used flip flops towels and robes everywhere maybe the 5-7pm slot wasn’t the best time. We paid for a two hour a lot and stayed almost 45mins because we were so disheartened and came to relax but it was anything but. I’m really disappointed with the spa and the cost it did deflate our break here, the steps to the indoor pool had a dangerous trim loose an accident waiting to happen. There is no swimwear dryers this is a massive down side. The room was nice and ok - I was disappointed with the glass sliding doors as they were smeared with hands prints and clearly hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival. The view out of our room was appalling the overflow carpark and bins. The room was not anything special the mattress was so hard, there is no opening windows to let in fresh air, the air conditioning was not that cold so it was a stuffy night sleep. The rooms aren’t that sound proofed we got woken by sockets been messed with from the adjoining room and then a lot of loud disturbance. We were very deflated from what was supposed to be a relaxing stay away and really we would have got probably as equal or more from a travelodge. The appearance of the hotel is very industrial not as nice in the flesh as on the photos, and just feels like your in the middle of an industrial estate. Overall not the worst experience but certainly not the best for the money spent for one night.
