Cosy, clean, lovely staff, welcoming, private time in hot tub. Pet friendly. Lovely breakfast. Close to centre.
Walls are thin. Steam room didn’t work. Jacuzzi was lukewarm.

Perfect location right in the heart of Betws y Coed, really good bar with big tv’s for live sports, booked B&B on a discounted rate so was reasonable, couldn’t fault the breakfast (lovely) and staff. Free parking at the rear of the hotel which is always a bonus. Tea and coffee in the room.
The room was very basic and in need of a lot of TLC, the tv Ariel connection needed repair, very comfortable bed though.

The room was big and the spa was fantastic we should have booked 2 hours, not just 1 hour. The staff were lovely and even put out birthday baloons and banners for my partner. The food was good and the bathroom was so nice.
Nothing everything was perfect.

The dirty reception desk, covered in dust, not a good first impression. The bed felt like a wardrobe door was underneath the matress. The TV in a family room is the size of an iPad. So bad we didn't stay and lost £180 and had to drive over
3 hours home.

Clean good size room. Staff friendly and informative. Good location.
Known as a “walkers region “ we came in, out of a cold December afternoon walk, into a cold hotel to see bar staff wearing fleece and woolly hats. Log burner not lit. We went to our room where we found rad in bedroom and bathroom cold! Went to another hotel, where it was toasty for our evening meal. Came back late evening only to go to bed as foul language in bar from a small group of “visitors “ and barman was unbearable!

A good functional hotel. Nice bar.
Not particularly clean. The cooked breakfast was quite poor.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, perfect for a few nights stay in Betws-y-Coed. Really good value compared to other hotels in the town. Really good breakfast too with a good choice and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

Loved the onsite spa
Staff were friendly
Lovely outdoor areas
Very catering to pets
Our room (15) had a mould patch on the wall under the window. And a big stain on the carpet by the door as you walk in. Beds were comfortable but not the best quality. Shower was missing caps in bathroom. Breakfast was quite a small portion in comparison to other places

It’s in a great location. Comfy room and beds, dog friendly, great shower, fab food, and your staff were all great. We had such a great time and topped off by the local firework display which we hadn’t know about. Thanks for a great stay.
Only thing was that everywhere was very hot but better than being cold!

For the price the beds were comfy and the room was very warm.
It would have been nice to have a communal space

We were running the Slate Trail and wanted a budget stay for a night in Betws-y-Coed. The bunkhouse is very basic but it's got showers and was warm. It's just behind the hotel so we used the bar and restaurant there - excellent food (evening and breakfast) and very friendly staff.
Bunk rooms are a bit small and basic - but at this price are absolutely fine.

The location
The apartment was bare and not homely at all. The bathroom was awful with a paint job that looked like it had been done by a child.

Location of hotel
Booked a twin room but were given a family room which had a cold and unwelcoming feel to it. Single bed was very uncomfortable, had to swap with my husband's bed for the second night which was only slightly more comfortable.

Just a space to sleep
Hotel rooms Pictures are extremely misleading. I thought I was booking a normal room but after money was deducted I received a email saying it’s a bunk house. Please book only if you are prepared for bunk house. Though you have a seperate room it has just space for single bed. There is no space to sit but only and only for sleeping. Room is absolutely small and Toilet is shared. Toilet was extremely dirty. You have like 8 or 9 rooms and such a tiny shared toilet. Bring your own, hand wash, shower gel shampoo towel and everything. Only stay if you are looking for cheap stay to sleep only.

Have stayed there before, it’s comfortable clean and in the perfect location for day trips around North Wales.
The dinner menu was very limited, and the breakfast was definitely smaller on the last morning of our stay.

Perfect location in the middle of the town, the rooms were spacious as was the bathroom. A nice lounge, dining room and bar and plenty of space outside to enjoy a drink in the sunshine. The staff were really friendly.
