It's nothing related to the hostel - but the "neighbour" of the room was a teenager with his mother - somewhat uneducated (he left the upstairs bathroom in a sad condition)! 🙄

Great staff, Cally was very nice, helpful and had a lot of patience.
Good location, at a side street so you don't hear traffic. Restaurants, shops and the bus stop are all in a walking distance.
Very comfortable.
Bed were comfy, the place was clean.
Very good value for money.
Could be warmer in the dining room and the water in the showers.

Ideally located on the edge of Betws y Coed and within walking distance of pubs and places to eat. Friendly staff and efficient communication and info
Interior is tired and is in need of modernisation and would benefit from a deep clean. Showers were only lukewarm. No or little storage in the room and no hooks to hang or air clothing 🙁
