Pleasant little cottage, shared accommodation.
Location and style, shared part is the blooper. has all the facilities and parking. Shops local, food and drink. Lots of gear shops if you need any items.
Security - though the cameras on site are inside and out. It’s just over night stay nothing fancy. Not much to complain about.

Base Camp Hostel - Fantastic!
Base Camp Hostel – Betws-y-Coed This was my first visit to Betws-y-Coed, and Base Camp Hostel was a fantastic find. Self check-in was straightforward and hassle-free. I stayed in a lovely female dorm which was spotlessly clean, with en-suite access to showers and toilet facilities. Communication was excellent, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. They kindly arranged a bottom bunk on the ground floor for me, which was perfect for a very mature backpacker – thank you so much! The hostel has a handy eating area with a microwave and kettle, and there’s a brilliant Spar almost next door selling cakes, pies, fresh bread, and an excellent £3 breakfast bap. There are also plenty of other useful shops nearby, including a Londis with a post office. A comfortable, well-run hostel in a great location – I’d happily stay again. Thanks to Jed and all the staff.

Great stay, very friendly staff who are happy to chat. Well kept place and genuinely nice building that has everything you would need. Great local pub and restaurants a short walk away. Best shower I've ever had in a hostel.
Maybe a locker for bags would've been good but ai was in a shared room by myself for 2 nights so this wasn't a huge issue.
