Our day was horrible, and I would not recommend this property to any of my friends or family. And absolutely, I will not

It is one minute to go to the nearest bus station.

It was absolutely not as expected. The room is not supposed to be a hotel room because there’s no window and this means that the room was not healthy at all. The towels were smelly and seems to be old. The bed was not comfortable at all, and there was no cuddle and the air-conditioner remote control was removed . The toilet and the shower was really small and there was no enough place to be comfortable in the room.

Nothing really… I did manage to forget the access code to the gate and had exhausted my mobile battery… spent 40 minutes trying to escape in the morning to reach my car! In the end I sussed an escape route via the neighbours garden!

Great

The hotel exceeded all our expectations. There are only 7 rooms in the whole hotel (all on the ground floor). The cleanliness of the room is on the same level as 5-star hotels - very clean and tidy. The room has a fridge, hairdryer, air conditioning, towels, and toiletries. Some reviews mentioned too many rules, but we think those rules help create a comfortable stay for everyone. We didn’t find them bothersome - just things like no noise, no trash, and treating the property with care. You can tell the owners really care about their place and put a lot of heart into it. Whenever we had a question, we got quick replies via WhatsApp. If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful, and clean place, you’ll enjoy staying here. The location is great - in a beautiful area, within walking distance of the old town Città Alta. There's a Carrefour about 15 minutes away on foot, with a huge selection of food, including ready meals. The bus stop is just 2 minutes away (but keep in mind that most buses run only until 8 p.m.). If we ever come back to Bergamo, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Bergamum FL was fine, but I will not use Booking.com again.

It was a clean, safe, quiet place to return to after a long day enjoying Bergamo. Nearby were La Lunetta pasticceria, Bar Barique wine bar, and Grotto Azzuro restaurant, all very good.

The booking process via Booking.com was a nightmare. Our first booking, with another property, was cancelled because of alleged “invalid card”; there was no problem with the card. It was not easy to find another property at short notice. I paid the property directly and got an acknowledgment, but Booking.com continued to send emails warning that the booking would be cancelled within six hours because of “invalid card”. There’s obviously a big problem with the algorithm, because I know other people have had the same problem.

Nice for a short stay

Room was clean and nice, and had everything I needed for my short stay. Bathroom was also clean. Apartmant was in a quiet location, about 15 minutes walking distance from Gewiss stadium, and 20 minutes from Old town. Bus station is also near apartmant as well as small station for renting electric scooters (romobile) via mobile app.

Room was in a sort of garage without windows, so it was a bit weird and felt like sleeping in basement.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT PLACE TO ANYONE!!

Everything! I had to leave the room before 10 in the morning everyday because they wanted to “clean” the room, something they never didnt!! I first said that I dont wanted any cleaning because I wanted to relax and wake up late etc, then I asked kindly 2-3 times because I really don’t needed that service but no, they just had to come everyday just to change the trash (was almost never trash either). The toilet had some stains from the first day to the last day. I leaved some empty bottles before they came for “cleaning”, they didn’t even take that! the floor was so dirty, my slippers got so black and dirty! If I wanted more towels, then I had to pay for that. unfortunately I had to stay there some few days more so I had to book at the same place because it was no available hotels at that point, I then got new towels and a toilet paper after asking. The apartment was so cold!! TOOO COLD!! I had to use my jacket inside too, every second, even when I slept!! I asked if they could turn the heat on, but they said “no, its turns on automatically and cant be more than it is now”. The air conditioner is for NO USE the because they have removed the remote, so we couldn’t either use that too to heat up the room. AND YES, ITS NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE A SHOWER OR USE HAIRDRYER AFTER 23-00 TO 07:00 IN THE MORNING, YOU CAN ONLY EAT DRY FOOD IN THE APARTMENT. The apartment is MUCH SMALLER and without kitchen!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT PLACE TO ANYONE!!

Double doors, security camera in the hall, signs dictating not to use the bathroom after 09.30am on the day of check out - for water and electricity would be cut off anyway. Owner communicating over Whatsapp and asking for payment to not go through Booking. Owner pouncing on the door on the day of check out, hollering 'You need to be on your way, I'm going to cut water and electricity in a minute'. In short, bunker vibe all around ;)

Overly complicated registration and check in due to way too many messages. That ended up being confusing instead of helpful. Rooms are directly on a busy street. Cold floors and no heating. A bath math would be appreciated.

Close to Citta Alta

The surrounding area was lovely, close to the old town, so we walked into it. Nice take away pizza place close by (pizza and go)

Being told we had to come out of the apartment the following morning so they could mop and vacuum the floor. We said we didn't want it cleaning as we'd not even been in it 24 hours. We had no option. They said we HAD to have it cleaned No window in the apartment, only a glass door

All good apart from taxi situation

Clean and comfortable and exactly what I was expecting for the money. Easy walking distance if you're going to a football match at Atalanta as I did.

If they could of ordered a taxi for me as per my request that would of been a huge help and their score would be a perfect 10 but all I was told was there's a taxi number in the room but not much help when I speak no Italian and the Italian operative doesn't speak English! I had to walk 1hr in the rain into the center of Bergamo to make sure I got a cab to get me back to the airport so not happy about that.

The place itself was clean and had a big, very convenient bathroom.

I disliked the very unpleasant service. I understand there is no reception, so I respect their policy by sending pictures of my ID and replying to multiple questions. However, be aware the owner keeps eyes on you (cameras) and the moment you leave the room he will go inside and thoroughly inspect it, without notifying you beforehand. I was there only for one night and felt very uncomfortable about this. No hotel or Airbnb would ever do it, you should respect your guests privacy! I do not recommend this place.

Low Budget

Complimentary bottle of water, cleanliness, size, the self check-in. I can’t rate the staff because the communication was trough WhatsApp, no problems with that. You can easily reach the city center

The mattress is too soft and the room doesn’t have a proper window, more like a door. It could be a bit claustrophobic. It’s a room for those who only need to sleep after a long day walking around the region.

The rules of the room, it seemed like being in a concentration camp!!!!You are supposed not to eat in the room, if they find rests of food there is a penalty. If you forget o mistake the code to enter there is a penalty and so on. The owner was there at 9:45 telling us to leave because they had to do the cleaning. The sheets were old and extra used. The location was very far from the center. No windows in the room

Bagno piccolo (bidè attaccato al water il quale è praticamente dentro la doccia e lavandino minuscolo)e pieno di capelli di altrui Letto scomodo e sporco Cuscini bassi e scomodi Senza coperte e cuscini supplementari Host come un comandante di caserma (via whatsapp, mai visto) Alloggi in garage ristrutturati, quindi umidi, freddi, senza finestre e con riscaldamenti che la notte li spengono (abbiamo dormito a 7/8 gradi) e ripeto SENZA COPERTE AGGIUNTIVE! Regole assurde con atteggiamenti da caserma Prezzo molto diverso da Booking (da 55€ sono arrivato a 75€) (con il parcheggio)

Es perfecto para 2 personas, limpio y acogedor. Toallas, gel de baño y papel higiénico, también una pequeña nevera. Muy cerca de la parada de autobús y a unos 20 minutos del centro. Gracias por la botella de agua. Es cierto que te hacen pagan por un link fuera de booking, pero es real sino no me hubiera podido hospedar allí.

Struttura non idonea, realizzata nei garagi di un condominio, stanza buia, odore di fogna , presenza di topi la biancheria del bagno sono di materiale scadente non asciugano ,puzza di spazzatura e altro Titolare della struttura chiude il telefono in faccia Non permettere di annullare la prenotazione e pretende il pagamento dell intero importo con una prepotenza e arroganza quel poco che si riesce a parlare ,una marea di regole e normative inventate .spero che booking prenda provvedimenti su questa struttura fantasciente
