Good location, easy access, would request a room away from road next time

Easy to find and good location . The milk and tea in room was nice after a long trip and entry to the room was really clear. The welcome information was appreciated !

The shower kept going from cold to scolding hot and road noise was a bit loud as I’m a light sleeper

Home away from home!

The little kitchenette in the room was a real bonus; there was a sink with washing up facilities, small fridge/freezer (with a pint of milk), an airfryer, microwave, toaster and kettle along with tea and biscuits on arrival. There was a cupboard underneath the sink housing everything you could possibly need for (2 people) to make yourself breakfast or a simple meal. Everything was very clean. Lovely big bed with power point and small unit beside it. My husband has sleep apnea so has a CPAP machine and mask. The unit easily accommodated his machine beside the bed, with plenty of room for him to get comfortable with his mask and hose with me beside him. The en-suite bathroom was exceptionally clean.

The only thing that we did find was the pillows weren’t very comfy. Overall tho, the property and room was excellent.

Perfect base for a short stay in Weymouth and exceeded my expectations

Walking distance to the harbour, parking available, very clean and well equipped. Good facilities in the room.

Can be tricky if you’re in the parking space that is doubled up and you’re blocked in, but there’s the option to park on the road further down

Very relaxed easy place to stay.

It was very well equipped, easy to be in, straightforward arrangements and communication was good.

If I have to think of something….. it was a little way to find somewhere to take our dog out first thing in the morning - but this really wasn’t much of a problem, once we knew where to go.

Our second visit and great location

Fridge, microwave, air fryer grill, kettle and toaster provided plus crockery and utensils. Good hot shower. Comfortable beds. Plenty of storage space. Extra pillows and blanket option available. Good WiFi and Smart TV. Bus stops outside the house. Buses along the coast to Bridport and West Bay or into town etc.

Great family room with all the facilities you need.

Fits a full family in. The kitchenette and dining table make it possible to eat at home and save money on eating out. High up, so it is quiet and has a pleasant view across the rooftops. Laundry room is useful.

Lovely comfy base for exploring Weymouth and farther afield.

Really comfy bed and excellent self-catering facilities. Bright, spacious en -suite with lovely toiletries and even a flannel (handy, as I forgot mine). A bright and homely feeling room. You can see the sea if you stick your head out of the window and I enjoyed watching the house martins flying past. Really handy for local shops and only 10 minutes walk from the town centre.

Breakfast wasn't an option.The bed was so big and comfortable.

The shower kept going hot and cold.The air fryer was filthy.Maybe leave throw away liners if guests aren't going to clean it after use.

Excellent place to stay

More like a mini apartment if you want to be left to do your own thing - small kitchenette for food - be prepared for at least a 10 minute walk to any attractions unless you want to drive, but parking is an inconvenience. Property lovely and undisturbed - sleep comfortable and although road is a bit noisy - it's quiet enough at night to sleep - a good place to stay.

Weekend in Weymouth

The beds were really comfortable. Good working fridge/ freezer and complimentary pastries biscuits tea and coffee were welcomed.

Couldn't open the window very far and being of a certain age could of done with being able to. Smell of cigarettes in the lobby probably due to the owner (man) smoking just outside the front door.

Lovely room with little kitchenette with all the basic equipment you need for short stay. Lovely host. I will definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

Room on top floor so not great for iffy knee. I found the bed a little firm, but my son thought bed was comfortable.
