To be honest the apartment is very comfortable; very neat and noiseless area, well equipped Kitchen, in the sitting room and bed room they have smart TV so you can watch Netflix, YouTube etc very strong Internet 💪, the weather in Italy 🇮🇹 is so hot but they have Air condition so you don't need to be bothered 😉, there is nothing like mosquito or flies because they have Net , the bed is very comfortable one, and a free parking space for your car And the place is in the centre of attraction as I was able to visit Gardaland park both their water park and movieland, and the family are friendly people to be with hmm my kid felt at home 🏡 . Thank you for making this holidays a memorable one

Check in was super easy. The apartment was clean it‘s a family run business and they were very friendly and made you feel like family. The owners also have a Pizzeria on the ground floor. The pizzas are highly recommended and very inexpensive.

My family is Satisfied and Greatful with our Stay

The location of the place was quite close to the race track and in our stay we were really thankful because the owners were really nice and love to give a helping hand especially when we needed help in the kitchen, asking for assistance and many more. When we first arrived the apartment was really clean and neat. They had a washing machine, kitchen with complete set of cooking utensils and a big room with a clean bathroom and good internet. They even had delicious Pizza that my family enjoyed. When we were leaving, the car that we rented didnt have enough space for all the luggage so we ask if we can come back to our luggage on the next day. They were really understanding and allowed us to leave some of our luggage. They are super trust worthy and made sure everything is safe.

Since they were really accomadating there isnt anything that my family and I hated in our stay.

Quiet place, apartment house, nearby shopping center. Sirmione beach about 20 minutes by car.

We received a different apartment than we booked. Very outdated equipment (furniture). Minimally equipped kitchen (each glass / cup was different, including cutlery). On the balcony (in the apartment), there was no clothes dryer. Towels at extra charge. Slight smell from a nearby farm ..

Very good

Very quiet area - ideal to get some rest after a day of work at the noisy racing track. The room is not extremely luxurious, but everything you need is there. The balconies are a real treat. We loved to sit there in the evening with a nice, cold beer. The facility is also easy accessibly by the car and has a good, safe and roomy parking area. The owners are very friendly. Due to bad traffic our arrival was delayed by almost three hours (11pm instead of 8pm) - No problem, they just waited for us to give us the keys and explain the appartment.

Insufficient kitchen tools for cooking. Very little tableware. No hair dryer.

No proper light on the corridor from the entrance to the appartment; beware at stair steps after dark.

We were happy we stayed those happy days in this residence.

Very comfortable and clean apartments situated in suitable and calm location. We were surprised by their hospitality and helpfulness they have met us from the first day. Very friendful and kind hostess and all family. We liked them so much and would definitely advise to visit this residence for vacation.

Saubere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, Bettsofa nicht zum Gebrauch für Erwachsene geeignet.

Lage war für uns super. Parplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft. Küche soweit ok ausgestattet. Doppelbett bequem und sauber.

Wasserdruck in der Dusche viel zu knapp. Schwierig mit langen Haaren sie richtig zu waschen. Bettsofa nur für leichte oder Kinder zu empfehlen, es drückt die Querstange doch sehr. Sind auch etwas durchgelegen... Abwaschmaschine wäre cool gewesen..

Super kontakt z właścicielką Zawsze można było liczyć na jej pomoc.Apartament jest czyściutki i wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy.W budynku jest Pizzeria z przepyszną pizzą(czynna czw-niedz). Super miejsce do wypadów na zwiedzanie Gardy i okolic.2 km do bardzo dużego centrum handlowego.Byliśmy tydzień a to stanowczo za krótko ,aby wszystko zwiedzić.Miejsce przyjazne pieskom.Nie jest to duża wybrukowana miejscowość ,więc jest gdzie z pieskiem pójść na spacer.Włochy są bardzo przyjazne psiakom.Mogę z czystym sumieniem polecić to miejsce

Łóżka rozkładane mogły by mieć trochę wygodniejszy materac .Dla dzieci ok ale dla dorosłej osoby są mniej wygodne

Die Unterkunft war super gelegen und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzliche Menschen und waren immer direkt anwesend, wenn wir Fragen oder Anliegen hatten. Wir sind sehr begeistert und danken den Gastgebern für so einen erholsamen und schönen Wochenendtrip.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in questo B&B e ci siamo trovati benissimo. I gestori sono stati molto ospitali e disponibili, la stanza era pulita, curata e dotata di tutti gli accessori necessari. La posizione è ottima, comoda per visitare la zona. "Mamma questo posto mi piace un sacco, non vorrei andar via"

Ero già stata presso il Residence La Lucciola all'incirca 10 anni fa e sono tornata con la mia famiglia perché ero certa di trovare accoglienza, calore, gentilezza e disponibilità. Infatti nulla di tutto ciò è stato disatteso. Appartamento letteralmente pulito e fresco. Zona Cucina con tutto l'occorrente per poter improvvisare una cenetta (tovaglia!!, olio e sale che di solito non si trovano mai). Bagno pulitissimo e con set di asciugamani (3 a persona) compreso nel prezzo del soggiorno. Letto comodissimo e sonni tranquilli, data la zona tranquilla in cui è posizionato il Residence, dal quale il Lago di Garda e dintorni sono davvero a portata di mano. Parcheggio gratuito nel cortile della struttura. Ma i veri gioielli sono i proprietari! Belli, simpatici, a disposizione ed infaticabili. La migliore recensione credo che me l'abbia lasciata la mia timida piccolina la mattina prima di andar via: "Mamma questo posto mi piace un sacco, non vorrei andar via". Abbiamo fruito anche dell'annessa pizzeria. Pizza enorme e fantastica! Mio marito celiaco ha apprezzato molto anche la versione senza glutine

Semplicemente stupenda

MERAVIGLIOSA. Bellissimo il posto. Molto molto pulito e curato. I proprietari sono molto accoglienti e simpatici. Hanno accettato anche il nostro peloso con estrema gentilezza. Per quanto riguarda la pizzeria è una delle pizze più buone che abbiamo mangiato. Ti fanno sentire come a casa. É stata una bellissima scoperta. Sicuramente quando tornerò da queste parti sarà la mia meta preferita. Lo straconsiglio.

Il b&b è gestito da una famiglia disponibile, gentile e accogliente, consigliato per visitare Sirnione, Desenzano, Peschiera e Gardaland che distano a pochi minuti di auto dalla struttura.

Mi sono trovata benissimo, i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili, l’appartamento era molto carino e tenuto bene e il residence è situato in una zona tranquilla a pochi chilometri dal lago, raggiungibile velocemente tramite la tangenziale, tornerò sicuramente!
