Amazing property in beautiful grounds. Pretty buildings with a brilliant pool and well kept gardens.

Bedrooms in a slant roofed attic were a little awkward to manoeuvre at times, lighting generally a little dark within the property. Only mirror was in the bathroom, no floor length one at all.

Never staying here again

Done over 50 bookings trough booking.com and this was by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Paid for 2x two person bed and 2x sleeping couches. We only received 1 sleeping couche and when we contacted about it they started insulting us. It took 1 day before they fixed our beds so one of my friends had to sleep in a different hotel. Had to contact booking.com about this all the time and they took contact with the hotel manager but he didn't wanna help at all. There was a dead cockroaches in the bathroom and nails of the previous visitors. When we contacted about it they kept insisting the house was clean and never came to clean it. Would never visit this hotel again and would not advise anyone else to visit the hotel. The owner is unfriendly and doesn't care about your health and keeps the house dirty. Other dutch people arrived to the hotel 2 days later and their room was gross aswel they told me. They got someone to come clean it. For us that didn't happen.

Good

The grounds are beautiful with a fantastic pool. Great for kids to run around. Very quiet and serene. The staff is available to help via messaging.

The place was difficult to find as Waze and Google maps sent us to a nearby house and we required staff assistance to find the place. Others told us they had the same issue, so the original directions provided should really have been more clear. The location is set a bit away from Lake Garda and so there are no views of the lake or mountains which was disappointing. Any trip that we did required a lot of driving, nothing is really close by. While the staff is responsive via messaging, there is no one actually around and therefore at times it felt like we had to wait a long time for assistance or had to fix things ourselves. Eg. the power went out when we used both the stove top and oven, and we had to drive out in the dark to the entrance of the grounds to find the electrical box with the staff directing us on the phone. Or the lights around the pool did not go on when it got dark out and when we requested them to go on we had to wait till 11 pm for them to go on (at which point the kids were not swimming anymore). Or just needing extra toilet paper (only 3 rolls provided for a large family for 4 days, they brought 2 more a few hours later after we requested). The furnishings are simple with a cottage feel.

Very nice garden and pool.

Great stay for families. Large pool that we had to ourselves most of the time. Beautiful garden and patio. Comfortable beds and pillows, quiet, perfect temperature with the AC and full window coverage so the sun didn’t wake up us in the morning. Overall a very nice stay. Just a 10-15 minute drive to Lake Garda. Close to lovely wine yards. Close to Gardaland.

It is close to the highway so some traffic noise but it didn’t bother us. The house standard is ok. The bathroom was a bit small. Some electrical chords showing, broken shower door etc that made it feel ok but not more. Still very much enjoyed our stay!

Pleasant enough stay. Apartment needs a bit of maintenance

Location was perfect for where we wanted to go. Very secure apartment and site which was all well maintained.

Washing machine didnt seem to work. Shower door was broken and wouldnt close properly. No spare bed sheets for sofa bed. Lots of bugs finding there way in especially in kitchen.

Passable

Il Casale Lonato is off a highway exit and it have suggestive views of the Lake Garda landscape. It has an impressive entrance and outdoor appeal. The host was very responsive and helpful.

The expectations set from the outside go somewhat unmet when stepping inside. The apartment we booked for our stay was listed for 6 persons, however furniture was extremely scant: (only one sofa that could barely fit two adults), no coffee or side tables, nor proper lighting or decor. While the kitchen area was well equipped in terms of utensils, it was lacking items one would expect to find for a listing equipped with a full kitchen: we found only one wine glass, and had to buy basic necessity like kitchen towels, foil, saran wrap, and condiments like salt and oil. If you plan to stay for longer than a couple of days, you'd better come prepared (though a big supermarket is just a few minutes drive down the road). We had an unfortunate accident with a key to the apartment (snapped in keyhole), and we were asked unapologetically to foot the bill. The potential for an awesome experience is there, however, we didn't have one, and we left with mixed feelings.

great location and fantastic pool

WI-FI was terrible and couldn’t get any in our apartment. Would only work in the downstairs area of the complex. The electric was tripping out most of the time when using the oven. Hot water wasn’t constant enough when using shower etc.

Beautiful but next to the highway

The accommodation ist really beautiful, the owner is super sympathetic and only 10 minutes away by car from the lake garda.

The accommodation is only 200-300 meters away from the highway. If you are in the garden it is really loud. You can‘t have a relaxed stay there because of this fact unfortunately.

Bel posto ma potrebbe essere piu' curato

posto in una posizione molto panoramica immersa nel verde. Avendo prenotato due appartamenti, uno sopra l'altro, avevamo a nostra disposizione una intera casetta separata dagli altri ospiti, con possibilità quindi di fare qualche rumore in piu'. Zona giorno spaziosa e bella cucina. Il periodo non era congeniale all'uso della piscina ma sicuramente in estate è un bel plus. Molto molto vicino all'autostrada.

Avevamo prenotato due appartamenti. Al nostro arrivo uno era abitabile. L'altro invece non aveva corrente elettrica e abbiamo dovuto cercare il contatore al buio. A quel punto l'appartamento era davvero molto freddo e quindi gli ospiti hanno trascorso le prime ore con noi, nel secondo appartamento caldo, perchè sarebbe stato poco vivibile. L'appartamento era anche pieno di coccinelle morte, che non erano sicuramente li' da un giorno. La pulizia degli appartamenti era molto approssimativa: angoli del bagno indecenti, fughe nere, calcare. Avrebbe bisogno di un servizio di pulizia molto accurato almeno ogni tanto. Freezer completamente coperto di ghiaccio. Impianto elettrico probabilmente riammodernato ma senza poi coprire fili e vecchi impianti. Potrebbe essere un bel appartamento con poche accortezze e un po' di cura. Dovrebbe anche essere riassortito di piatti, bicchieri e tazze. Secondo me dovrebbero anche avvertire che l'ultimo tratto di strada prima dell'arrivo è davvero ostico. Ci passa una sola macchina e bisogna sperare di non incontrarne una in senso opposto. Non tutti sono pratici di questo tipo di guida. La vicinanza all'autostrada è comoda ma dall'esterno si sente davvero tanto. Dall'interno non si sente.

Un peu déçu par cet appartement.

La situation géographique près des sites touristiques.

Inscription laborieuse sur Host4U (1h30 pour inscrire 4 personnes). Le manque d'ustensiles et de linges de cuisine. Le bruit de l'autoroute et du frigo la nuit. Une panne d'électricité qui nous a bloqué plus d'une heure avant de pouvoir déverrouiller le portail pour sortir.

Superbe endroit avec piscine.

Le site est bien situé au sud du lac de garde, proche de grandes villes à visiter. Le parc est vraiment très joli, dommage que les photos ne montrent pas qu’il est proche de l’autoroute. La piscine est très agréable mais pas du tout ombragée.

Les couchages sont usés et inconfortables, mal de dos assuré ! La cuisine ne dispose pas assez de vaisselle. ( four sans plat à four, 3 verres à pieds,…) Le site manque globalement d’entretien. ( lumières extérieures vers et autour de la piscine ne fonctionnent pas, parasol cassé, le local à poubelles ne semble pas avoir été vidé depuis un moment…)

Sehr schlechte Ausstattung, sehr wackeliges Hochbett

Die Unterkunft hat eine super schöne Anlage und einen tollen Pool.

Leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage gar nicht. Die angekündigten Pflegeprodukte (Shampoo etc.) fehlten komplett. Es gab fast kein Geschirr. Zudem können 4 Erwachsene kaum in der Wohnung übernachten, da das Hochbett extrem alt und wackelig ist. Das Schlafsofa steht in der Küche und ist auch nicht wirklich bequem. Sollte man vielleicht vorher kommunizieren. Insgesamt waren wir leider sehr unzufrieden.

Très agréable gîte pour un séjour détente près du lac de Garde

La piscine (partagée), grande, propre et agréable, avec une belle terrasse et des chaises longues. Le domaine sécurisé avec parking devant les appartements. L'appartement avec salon de jardin extérieur. La localisation, à 10 mn en voiture de Desenzano del Garda et 20 mn de Sirmione. Pas de moustiques !

La vue sur l'autoroute, que l'on entend aussi depuis la piscine ou le jardin (mais c'est un bruit de fond donc pas trop dérangeant). La salle de bains avec WC à l'intérieur (non séparé), un peu compliqué pour un appartement 6 personnes. L'équipement de la cuisine, un peu juste : pas de micro-ondes, pas de bouilloire, pas assez de vaisselle pour 6, un four mais pas de plats à four ni de maniques.... La climatisation, bruyante mais inefficace. Pas de torchon, pas de produits de toilette fournis, pas assez de papier toilette pour le nombre de personnes et la durée du séjour. Le couchage du canapé-lit convient pour des ados ou jeunes adultes mais pas pour des adultes.

Prima maar voor de volgende keer kijken we even verder.

Mooie locatie in de buurt van het Garda meer. Het landgoed was super mooi aangelegd.

Bij aankomst was het huis nog helemaal vies van de vorige bezoekers, er was nog niets schoongemaakt. Wij zijn toen maar weer vertrokken en hebben ergens anders gezwommen. De airconditioning die aanwezig was werkte niet. De ramen konden wel open maar er waren geen horren. De manier van communicatie was erg lastig, bij bellen werd niet opgenomen en na bericht dat er een schoonmaakbedrijf zou komen om zaken schoon te maken hebben we niets meer gehoord. Als laatste mist het huis een vaste host die dagelijks aanwezig is en de boel netjes onderhoud.

zeer leuk appartement, ruim en gerieflijk, vlakbij het Gardameer

Het is echt een prachtig domein, waar je samen met een 5-tal andere gezinnen logeert en gebruik maakt van een groot, ruim en warm zwembad. Het appartement zelf is basic maar ruim en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Zeer snelle verbinding met een autostrade waardoor je snel uitstapjes kan maken (wij gingen canyoning doen, naar het strand, naar Sirmione en naar Cavour waterpark). Het domein wordt goed onderhouden. Grote koelkast, diepvriesvak, vaatwas, airco (wat echt nodig is en zeer welkom was), goede douche in de badkamer...

Jammer dat je uitkijkt op de autostrade (het lawaai stoorde ons minder dan het zicht), het terras is vlak naast het terras van de buren (enkel een bloembak met kleine struikjes als scheiding), dus dat geeft niet zo veel privacy, geen wasmachine te vinden in het huisje (wel aansluiting), de kamers zijn ruim, maar in één kamer geen kast en in beide een zeer schuin dak waar je gemakkelijk tegen loopt, de bedden zijn hard (zijn wij niet zo gewoon), alles was netjes gepoetst maar niet zeer grondig (op de kast stond nog een vuile ovenplaat en pan, onder het bed vonden we nog een T-shirt van de vorige huurder, onder de lattenbodem lag het vol stof)... Enfin, kleine dingetjes die snel opgelost kunnen worden (behalve de autostrade uiteraard), maar wij zijn geen moeilijke mensen en hadden hier een prachtig verblijf en genoten met volle teugen van het zwembad!

To nasz drugi pobyt w II Casale Lonato by Host4U. Dla nas na plus to duża prywatnosc, mała liczba apartamentow. Basen często był jak nasz prywatny, nawet jak korzystali inni goście to było nas kilka osób na bardzo duży basen. Woda w basenie bardzo ciepla, czysta. Na terenie basenu są leżaki. Parasole pojawiły się w 3 ostatnich dniach naszego pobytu, na koniec czerwca ich nie było ( ale dla nas nie był to problem). Apartamenty są różne. W tym roku wybraliśmy na parterze z miejscem przed drzwiami na stolik, krzesła. Prywatnosxi dodawał wysoki ala^żywopłot oraz automatyczna górna rozsuwana moskitiera. Kuchnia nie posiada czajnika bezprzewodowego - można przyjechać że swoim lub gotować wodę na kuchence w garnku. Nie ma też mikrofali ale jest bdb działający piekarnik ( przydał się na robienie zapiekanek i odgrzewanie Włoskiej pizzy 😃) Klimatyzacja jest - z takich konwektorow z wyglądu jak ścienne grzejniki elektryczne. Komfort wypoczynku zależny od gosci w sąsiednich apartamentach- my i rok temu i w tym roku mieliśmy super urlopowiczow, każdy szanował ciszę i kulturę wypoczynku. Polecam. Autostrada jest stosunkowo blisko. Owszem- słychać ja siedząc na tarasie - ale nam.mieszcuchom zupełnie ona nie przeszkadzala. Jakość do ceny i lokalizacji ( ok.4km od Dezencano) - dla nas z autem to idealnie. A basen to mega relaks. Warto.

Jestem zadowolona. Drobne szczegóły wszędzie można wytknax i znaleźć, więc po co o nich pisać. Ile osób tyle zdań. Nasza rodzina jest bardzo zadowolona z pobytu. Potwierdza to fakt, że wróciliśmy rok po roku tutaj :-)

Un desastre en un campo alejado de todo, que no pase nada por estarás desamparado

Todo un desastre, desde el principio antes de llegar, nos obligan a hacer booking por tlf. Manda fotos del DNI, fotos de tu cara…..vamos fatal. Te llama un tal Matteo mal educado frío y un inhumano.

llamamos a un tal Matteo mal educado frío y un inhumano se nos inunda el baño y hasta el día siguiente no los arreglan nada, con dos niños pequeños, utilizamos las toallas para parar el agua y me dice el tal Matteo q nos las trae al día siguiente…..pues nada de toallas, un auntentico si vergüenzas!!!

Non è stato menzionato che si vedesse e sentisse l’autostrada dalla struttura. Forno inagibile perché aveva la guarnizione completamente staccata Un po’ scarsi i kit per il bagno (nel 2025 non ci si aspetta più una saponetta e un campioncino per il bagno in una casa per 4 adulti) come anche gli “accessori” per la cucina (come detersivi, spugnette e stracci) la cui presenza farebbe sentire più a casa gli ospiti. Da curare un po’ meglio la pulizia dei pavimenti e delle sedie e tavoli che ci sono in veranda. Trovati anche coperte con peli e odori di animale

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato presso Il Casale Lonato durante le vacanze pasquali. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La struttura è accogliente, comoda e molto pulita.

Stupenda struttura ma da mantenere con più serietà!

Posizione stupenda e vista parco incantevole. Casale tipico della zona ed in posizione molto tranquilla. Cucina pienamente attrezzata e appartamento molto grande su due piani.

La struttura è un po’ datata…. In bagno oltre aver trovato sporco il water nonostante la fascetta di sanificazione sulla tavoletta (strisciata di feci) il termosifone non era collegato alla presa elettrica (strappata) e più di metà delle stesse non funzionava oppure era strappata dalla placca. La porta a vetri non si chiudeva per una chiave rotta e la serratura dell’ inferriata era difettosa. Una mattina abbiamo rischiato di rimanere chiusi dentro. A messaggio inviato all’Host nessuna risposta. La notte seguente non abbiamo più chiuso la porta e messo il divano contro…. Con scoperta di sigarette Iqos usate dei precedenti ospiti. Pessima insonorizzazione delle stanze vicino…. Al Rientro di serata degli ospiti a fianco (ragazzi) alle 5 di mattina si sentiva parola per parola di quanto dicevano e tutti gli scalini che salivano.

De ruimte in en om de accommodatie

Dat er geen airco maar luchtkoeling was terwijl in tekst van faciliteiten er wel airco aanwezig zou zijn. Hij hing er ook maar we kregen er, na navraag aan Matteo, geen afstandsbediening van. Ook was de luchtkoeling beschimmeld (niet fris) en was in de badkamer veel vocht en vieze lucht doordat het wastafelmeubel kastje door vocht dik was en stonk.

Déçu de l'accueil

Nous devions arriver vers les 20 h mais suite à des retards nous avons essayé de prévenir le propriétaire avec le numéro fourni par Booking mais celui ci ne fonctionnait pas . Après de multiple recherche sur internet nous avons enfin réussi à joindre le propriétaire Nous nous sommes rendu à l 'adresse indiquée , un petit chemin isolé dans la campagne , au n° 47 et là nous étions devant une masure ! Nous prévenons le loueur et celui ci nous confirme l'adresse , il nous demande d'envoyer un message par Whatsapp afin de nous géolocaliser et nous envoie la photo du portail . Il était 23 h passé avec peu de visibilité et il tombait "des cordes" Après 15 / 20 mn nous avons trouvé la propriété qui est en fait au 47 TER (700 / 800 mètres plus loin ! Devant le portail le loueur ne voulait pas nous donner le code d'accès car malgré le paiement de la location il voulait que l'on remplisse des documents administratifs (photos des CI , date et lieu de naissance , adresse postal , etc ). Je lui est expliqué qu'il était 23h30 que nous venions de faire 1200 km en fourgon sous la pluie , que nous étions exténués et que nous préfèrerions nous reposer et faire toutes ces démarches le lendemain matin ; celui ci a catégoriquement refusé et nous sommes restés 3/4 d'heure devant le portail pour finaliser toutes ces démarches Pas du tout sympa !......................... Le lendemain , de jour , nous avons découvert une grande et belle propriété mais quelques lacunes dans le logement .Le radiateur de la salle de bain ne fonctionne ( navrant pour mi novembre ) . Impossible de brancher la cafetière car les prises de courant sont HS (voir photo) et pour cause car les équipements électriques ne correspondent pas au prise de courant (qui sont rentrées dans les boîtiers ) Il faut un adaptateur pour brancher les appareils . De même il n'y a pas de micro onde ; çà manque .
