I have stayed at the hotel a number of times and it never has disappointed
The room was a bit of a surprise as I believe I was upgraded? But the room did not make sense to me as to get to the bathroom/toilet you had to go through 2 fire doors and steps down my wife slipped in the shower and broke her wt

It was clean & welcoming and we were able to have food & drink on the premises.
The location (17 miles not 12!) from the NEC meant that we had to negotiate traffic jams to get there & it took longer than anticipated.
But really this was to be expected given the reasonable price we paid.

No tea/coffee facilities in room. Tv channels very limited. No telephone to connect with reception.
