Good location for Alexander Stadium Athletics. Good breakfast and good value.
No mirror in room for make up
Bath leaked on floor
Glasses in bathroom were dirty
Window mechanism and lock was defective, so couldn't fix in part open/ angled position, so either fully open or closed
Receptionist was miserable, matter of fact and unwelcoming, (eg. we had to ask where our room was, when & where breakfast was).
In the morning, Reception seemed to be unstaffed for large periods of time
Breakfast - whilst sign said, 'Wait to be seated', member of staff ignored us and walked straight past us, and staff weren't very approachable or welcome
