We had a really pleasant 2 nights stay.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fairly good although the hot food section was lukewarm . Good selection if you get there early. Reception staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. It was great to have free use of the pool and other areas.

The room was cramped with us having the bed settee in use for children. Room was not prepared for 4 people with only 2 towels and drinks provision was for 2 people. Bed settee is not very comfortable, very hard. We were surprised there was no lift up to the 3rd floor for taking luggage to the room.

Great Hotel to Stay in and Enjoy Swimming Pool!

location is good, breakfast is nature but enough to start ur day, they don't have eggs station but I have requested the chef and he made omelets for me, restaurant time is standard, swimming pool is amazing; water is very warm and suitable for all ages since the depth is max 1.2m, staff are great, car parking space is enough for everyone, rooms are renovated in modern style and they are in medium size which is good too, checkin and out are very quick.

it's a big building from ground and first floors only, however there is no any other entrance and exit except the main reception entrance, so you need to walk a lot (like many miles) inside the building from your room to out of the hotel, no elevator but that's fine, also you have to register you car number if you visit or stay in the hotel (otherwise you could get a fine).

chef went home. Restaurant was closed, no vending machine to get something to eat, no eateries near by. No water in the room.

Room wasn’t fit for purpose.. bathroom was not working shower sink and room was dirty. One teabag and one milk so looked like room was not checked or properly prepared. Mattress needs replacing can feel springs in room 111. Have to stay there as had meetings but much better quality rooms in other hotels that are cheaper and cleaner and more comfortable.

Nice weekend away

I requested two rooms which i had booked to be close by and booking.com had not forwarded this request to the hotel but Teodora the receptionist was fantastic and very accommodating despite the hotel being busy and constant calls coming in. She was polite, attentive and professional. The room was warm on arrival, facilities great, pool was good for the children to use. Slept well despite neighbours being loud and inconsiderate of others around.

Breakfast- when we went down around 09:00 there were no mugs, hardly any food items out. The fresh fruit and cheese had finished, pancakes, croissants not topped up, cooked breakfast - selection was good but little quantity. This is my third stay at the hotel but the breakfast let them down this time. Appreciate it was busy but someone should have been there to monitor the replenishment of food.

Loved the heated pool

We had lovely room of a good size. Breakfast was lovely. We enjoyed the well heated pool and jacuzzi. Steam room was nice and sauna was out of order. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant.

On checking-in we found the room with open window and switched off heating. We turned the radiator on and the room warmed up later. In the evening, the thick curtains were stopping the heat and the room never warmed up enough.

As often is the case, single travellers seem to have rooms located in the furthest locations or basement areas. Never happy to see animals in the reception area. Not everyone is comfortable with dogs.

Room was clean, pool a good size, good parking.

Where to start? We had an inclusive package (breakfast & dinner). It was the worst dinner i paid for in my life, sadly my birthday diner and not one thing was edible. I wonder why no one is looking at people's plates going back that full. I think the chips were more than triple cooked, so was the very burned deep fried chicken burger. The coleslaw was mainly mayo with a sprinkle of red cabbage. Mango cheesecake was like cardboard with some melted strawberry ice cream on top. Breakfast was ok. Family room is small for 4 pople. Sofa bed like a rock. There was a single sheet on the double sofa bed covering only a part of the sofa. The fire exits were always open, anyone could walk in the hotel with no issues, also by some doors it smelled of marrijuana. Reception staff tried hard but can tell they are overworked. Pool was ok, a good size and it depends when you go whether it is busy or not. I will never go again

Mixed. Wouldn’t rush back and not the best value for money. But few other options with a pool.

The breakfast was good and varied, we missed the ‘pancake machine’ found in other holiday inns. The gym was well equipped and the beds comfy. Quiet rooms, good heating and windows that opened. Clean bathroom. Free parking. Staff polite.

The pool area in particular was not very clean and very tired. Overall the hotel felt tired. The rooms were very small. Ours had a new bathroom which was something. Couldn’t find a hairdryer. Reception was a painful experience, regularly a 10+ minute wait for any query and very slow checking in. No one answered the phone so went down in person to order a different pillow (which is offered). Was told one would be sent by housekeeping but it never arrived. Not your usual holiday inn standard overall, but slim pickings in the local area with lots of 7ish star reviews. The coffee machine didn’t do decaf and the coffee from the machine was pretty awful. The water in reception, both times I passed the glasses were all dirty and there were no clean ones left to have any.
