Great location just off motorway & close to Birmingham. Staff very friendly from reception to catering staff. Free Breakfast for kids with Adult Breakfast purchased.

My stay was really pleasant, and I got a warm welcome when I checked in.
Their international staff were always friendly and helpful.
Whenever I needed anything, they were more than happy to help.
Eapecially a woman working at the reception desk (Narinder Kaur, if I'm correct) who helped me a lot, always with a big smile.
My room was spacious and immaculate.
There was a big desk that I always need when travelling.
Toilet was spotless thanks to their hygiene team, including a Polish woman who was always there in the morning and she did an outstanding job.
Food was fresh and tasty.
Dshes/cutlery always shining and tables were cleaned right away when somebody finish eating.
I can honestly say that the hotel staff did an excellent job of ensuring everything was ready for the next hungry guest.
In summary, no issues, highly recommended.

Hotel was in a great location - not what I expected, but will visit again. The only thing that was not working properly was the sink in the bathroom - not emptying when running the tap to wash your face or bushing your teeth. Also the phone in the room was not plugged in and once when I plugged it in was not working so was unable to call down to reception

There was no hot water! My young children could not wash as I was not giving them a cold shower. Not very clean as there was food found in our room under beds.
