Staff are very helpful and friendly and an asset to the hotel. The room size was exceptional.
The decor is very tired with chips in the base of the bath. The radiator didn't work so the room was cold. The breakfast was basic. Toast and cereal and expensive for what it was! could have gone to brewers fayre and got a full fry up for the same price!

Easy access to where I was needing to be
Rooms were drab, mis matched sheets and pillow cases. Hallways stank like smoke even though apparently no smoking hotel. No chef on one night
