The hotel, the staff are so nice and friendly, breakfast is top notch, guinness is lovely, and a free car park, lovely rolls served at the bar, staff are so nice
No hot water or water pressure in the Premier room corner bath that was no option and no shower, room was facing the main road and was noisy due to poor windows

Well located for an event we were attending, and the bed was comfortable and clean
When we arrived the mugs provided in the room were visibly dirty. We were also not provided with any hand soap. Whilst breakfast was delicious, my plate came with both hashbrowns and beans missing. Staff were very friendly about this and provided the missing items however it would have been nice to not have to request these
