Clean, comfy and everything you need for a short stay

It was really clean and well presented. Not having a reception actually worked really well and all communication was received as expected.

Excellent spacious comfortable stay

I enjoyed a spacious, clean and comfortable room, affording an excellent night's sleep. Communication with the hosts was good and access to my room was an easy keyless system. No danger of losing the keys!

Perfect in everyway

Convenient for working at the hospital, free parking. Excellent communication from the manager. Easy to access, very safe. Actually when working in Walsall this is the only place I stay

Excellent as usual

Been using the Wodenbridge now for a number of years when I visit our offices in Birmingham. Rooms are always clean, nicely decorated with fast wifi and faultless service from Jay and his team. Recommended. They don't offer food but there is a communal kitchen but each room has a microwave and fridge and there are various stores locally.

Perfect little getaway

We loved the accommodation, it was so clean, fresh and cosy. The fridge and microwave was a great addition. Bed and pillows super comfy! We had a really nice chilled night. Thank you ☺️

It was a very comfortable, the room was well equipped. Close to the places I needed to go. Plenty of eating places within walking distance.

Superb - can’t wait to stay again!

Beautifully presented from start to finish. Beautiful room, super comfortable bed - clearly spent money making this an excellent hotel. The small touches were incredible - a welcome card on the desk, takeaway hot drinks cups in the kitchenette, toiletries, lots of towels - just a really really nice place to stay. Communal kitchen with washer and dryer if you want to use them, and full hob & cooking facilities. Can’t wait to stay again!

Lack of tea and coffee in the room, Netflix wouldn’t work, and the shower heads needed cleaning. And there wasn’t enough towels. And for what you get £99 for one night is too expensive. And the room looks a lot bigger in the photos.

Location was good, easy to access from motorway. Rooms were very well appointed, and clean. Bed comfortable. Communication with the team was excellent.

No AC and in the summer not bearable temperature. The room had 30°. The fan was okay... But in the summer not acceptable. Bed size was small hard for big people.

Jay, the manager was kind to upgrade my room which I enjoyed greatly for the 3 nights of my stay. The shower was incredibly satisfying. Cleanliness is at another level. Really impressive.

OK. Did the job for a few nights.

Bed was comfy and had everything to hand.

I think it was a bit oversold. The balcony was essentially the top of an open fire escape, which left you a bit exposed to the public park and carpark. Felt a bit insecure because of the surrounding area. I also had two confused guests hammering on my door one night as they couldn't get into their own room in another part of the building. My room looks like it should be the caretakers room. It's also very noisy if you have the window open on a hot night.

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in this area, I would recommend this property without hesitation

The room was very clean, had everything you needed for a stay, soundproof room so I didn’t hear the traffic or noise at all during the night. Even though our room was small, it had everything you needed in it, fridge, microwave, cutlery, plates, everything. Very easy access into the property. Jay the manager sent messages on how to occupy the room. Amazon had for anything needed.

The only thing I didn’t like was the room was a little bit small, but it didn’t affect a great stay

Perfect for my needs

The location if perfect for me as it is a few minutes walk from my fiancé’s family’s home. The room is always immaculate, with all the facilities you could want, iron, fridge, microwave etc. The bathroom is spotless, the rainfall shower is amazing. The bed, for me is firm, which I prefer. Overall, just what I need when I’m travelling.

You can hear other guests of the hotel through the walls, which has disturbed my sleep on occasion, but not enough to be a major complaint.
