Good value clean accommodation for the location

Stayed in ground floor room which was accessible with wet room bathroom, alarms and handrails - though I didn't need that. Large, clean with a comfortable bed. All facilities you would want. Laminate flooring but that is probably to assist wheelchair access. Good location for Walsall with free parking. Near a commuter station too and M6 access to junction 9.

Soundproofing. I could hear people coughing and the TV from the next room.

Friendly staff, well managed Desk and bar area. Very clean restaurant will Very nice food and drink.

Room cold and available heating over entrance so wasn't able to warm the room well. Close storage/hangers difficult to use and remove for shorter persons. Flooring very cold and no drapes which made the room feel extra cold. Being assigned a room which was already occupied. A shock for all.

The location the very friendly helpful caring staff. The lady on the desk when we checked in and the lady who was working in the evening and breakfast (sorry can’t remember names) went above and beyond to help us and make our stay comfortable

Free car parking just register at the reception friendly and helpful staff. All the staff I encountered were lovely. 2 lifts (1 spare if another isn’t working)

The room was ok.. bathroom had quite a bit of limescale but the room itself was clean

The breakfast was awful! £24 for 2 people and the hot plate wasn’t on the food was freezing cold… fruit was old and brown, I paid £24 for us to eat toast… by far the worst food Iv eaten, told staff it was cold and they told us there was nothing they can do because we ate toast

Great location next to Bescot stadium and close the the railway station with execellent half hourly train services to Walsall and Birmingham.

No hot water from the shower, water was barely lukewarm despite turning the temperature tap up to the maximum. Lighting in the room was a bit dim, and only two easily accessible power sockets.

Taking the motorway out on the morning asap as right next to it!

The location although next to main motorway was ideal for my work.

The room was ok but the bathroom was styled and designed by someone who took cues from Alcatraz, really awful, there was a strong smell of urine from the bathroom, it was a wet room and people will do the unthinkable. Its next to the football ground so go figure. Breakfast wasn't the best compared to other establishment's, I avoided and stuck to toast.

Disgusting very poor, beds are broken and uncomfortable The parking is appalling and the staff are rude as if they don’t care about the building the car park was full I asked for alternative parking they said we don’t know I asked should I cancel as I can’t leave my car somewhere random as I booked as this place had parking they said you rather cancel also checking computer was broken so they only had 1 working device so had to wait ages

For us it was perfect for an event we were going to and had a walk around the market the next day it was clean and inviting and loved that the air con control over the room actually worked and worked well very happy with that

There was something that looked like blood on the white under-curtain in our room which was a bit eery but other than that can’t fault the staff or the hotel we didn’t have any food or breakfast so can’t comment on it but we’re very happy with the comfort of the room and hospitality of the staff We also didn’t actually have time to use the shower facilities as we were back late from the event got up went out for a walk and breakfast out then checked out so can’t comment of the shower either but I’m sure it would have worked fine
