It served it’s purpose for one night but I thought £20 a night for each dog excessive
Excellent variety of breakfast food
Accommodation on ground floor or a lift as I found it very difficult to reach my room on 1 st floor due to my disability

A very comfortable nights sleep and a great full English breakfast
We had the family privilege room and it was huge! Two double beds and lots of space for bags ect. Perfect room if traveling with kids/babys. There were lots of cars outside which makes me think they had a lot of guests staying the same time but wouldn’t have known. Breakfast time there was only a handful of people so it was really nice and chilled. Really liked the car park and how easy it was to access the hotel from the main road. The staff are all really friendly! We stayed 3 nights while we were visiting family close by and would happily stay again. Perfect place for a B&B. Property was lovely and heated and easy to control the temperature of the room with the radiator/windows/ac. At night the room was extremely dark. Perfect for sleeping! The hotel doesn’t have a lunch/evening restaurant or bar but does have leaflets for local takeaways and a supermarket.
When we first went into the room we could smell stale smoke. It was very strong. We sprayed perfume and bought a candle to help get rid of the smell. We found that the carpet had cigarette burns and some parts of the room required some decorating but it’s still a really nice size and has some really nice features like mirrors and furniture. We went to use the shower on our second morning of staying there and found that the shower wouldn’t work. Luckily We were able to have washes with the bath. We didn’t know who was best to tell because the reception seemed to only be manned at a certain time and it also didn’t bother us to much because we were only there to sleep and have breakfast but in the summer time I’d probably have been more concerned about needing a working shower. Don’t expect your room cleaned everyday if staying for more than 1 night, we were happy not having someone in our room while we were out but unfortunately our bins were overflowing with rubbish by the time it was ready to leave - sorry to the housekeeper who cleaned our room after we left.

Won't stay here again.
I enjoyed leaving this hotel, only good thing was how nice the lady was in sorting out our problems with the room.
Room we had was bath only, then we got allocated another room with a shower, but all the tiles were off the bath and just dumped on the floor to only find the 3rd was substantial enough to stay in.
