Beautiful setting with lake view. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Excellent room with comfortable bed and large bathroom. The breakfast was delicious with so much to choose from. Lovely pool area with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Pool towels were supplied. Drinks and food in the bar and terrace area were very reasonable priced. Food was delicious.

No toilets at the pool area. You have to go back to your hotel room which is not great with wet swimwear. Everything else was excellent.

Perfectly located on the shore. Nice view of the lake from the room. Parking free and quite big, underground. Tasty breakfast. They speak English. Nice and eager to help staff.

Excellent location, walking distance from (less than 2 min) to the lake, many restaurants and bars close by in Paratico and Sarnico. Spotless clean, very cosy room, beautiful gardens and pool area. Very pet friendly- we loved the welcome gift for our dog.

Perfect place to stay and value for money!

They upgraded our room for free without even asking! We got the room with a huge balcony and view towards the lake, amazing! Breakfast full of options and really delicious. Not only sweets! Very helpful and friendly staff, especially the receptionist with glasses and short black hair (sorry, can't remember her name). A huge underground parking lot of the hotel, which is safe, spacious and convenient way go up to the rooms from there by the elevator.

I have nothing to complain about. I would stay at this hotel again.

Rooms very comfortable with high quality bedding and pillows. Breakfast was lovingly laid out and had everything you could wish for. Also nice as little things changed each day to give variety. The hotel grounds and pool are stunning and immaculate.
