Nice staff, skilled musician playing piano and saxophone, very pretty dining area next to water. Disappointing was the lack of any nearby town, with the charm that we are used to in Italian villages. But it works as an isolated, self-sufficient small resort.

The hotel is very nice and tranquil. The very quiet atmosphere might be because our visit was out of season (we went at the end of September), and we enjoyed it very much. The rooms are decent size, with high ceilings. We had a partial lake view, but next time would book a lake view room as the view is absolutely amazing. The hotel has a very nice bar with a selection of local Franciacorta sparkling wines, offering snacks and a few lunch options. The restaurant next door is really great with good a la carte options + seasonal dishes (we were lucky to try truffle ones). Had dinner there twice and absolutely loved every dish. There are a lot of activities one could do in the area (hiking, cycling). We did not try those, but we did hire a motor boat in the place advised by the hotel - and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel has access to the lake, but we did not try it as it was late September. The water in the outdoor pool was quite chilly as well, which was not too bad for us as we were the only people swimming. But the ladder leading to the swimming pool needs fixing (not stable at all, maybe even dangerous), as well as thermometer showing the temperature of the water. Another thing to mention - the small heated whirlpool had a strange smell, which put us off it. Not sure if it is only us, but did not see anyone else really using it. The personnel was very nice and helpful, most speaking good English. Would like to come back again

Beautiful experience. I recommend staying at this hotel because it’s really well refurbished and it’s literally lake front. They have a nice pool a outside facing the lake and the breakfast is well assorted and good. All Covid-19 measures are applied. Waiters and staff in general at very kind. The space for improvement is be the aperitif. Savouries and finger food could be better. I also recommend the restaurant Bella Iseo next to the hotel and part of the property. Good was super tasty and the service was accurate.

Very nice Hotel in front of the lake. Everything clean and well managed. We had only an issue in the night due to a power outage but after calling the reception everything went fine. In the evening in the Hotel bar the barman didn't had the mask correctly on his face.
