We stayed in the Ground Floor Apartment in July as five adults and a two-year-old child and could not have been happier. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable, with enough room and privacy for everyone. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms convenient and the kitchen well equipped. Whenever we needed anything extra, Daniela provided it immediately. Despite the hot weather, the apartment remained pleasantly cool without air conditioning. It is slightly dark inside, but in summer we appreciated this: it was cool and restful, while the sunshine and garden were literally one step away. The garden was one of the highlights: plenty of space, sun loungers and outdoor furniture for eating in the shade. Our son happily ran across the lawn and played football with his father and grandfather every day. The whole place felt genuinely child-friendly, and Daniela even gave him a little farewell gift. Breakfast was outstanding and prepared with great care. I needed gluten-free options, and Daniela personally baked delicious gluten-free cakes, biscuits and muffins, often offering several choices. Lactose-free food was also provided for my sister. There were different cheeses and homemade cakes every day, while espresso, cappuccino and Americano were prepared individually. We were amazed by the variety and thoughtfulness. Daniela is an exceptional host: warm, sincere and attentive. She made us feel truly welcome. The location was perfect for the peaceful holiday we wanted. The lake, beach, restaurants, supermarket, railway station and ferry to Monte Isola were within walking distance. Trains could be heard, but we quickly got used to them. We managed perfectly without a car, rented bicycles and enjoyed the beautiful routes around the lake. We would happily return and wholeheartedly recommend this apartment. Daniela, please keep up this wonderful level of hospitality!

The only minor inconvenience was that our group of five adults had just one key for the entrance gate. Although Daniela gave us a second key to the apartment, we still had to coordinate whenever different people wanted to go out separately. An additional gate key would have made things easier for a larger group.

Great place to explore Lake Iseo. Our room was downstairs. the room was big and comfortable and the owner was lovely.

The small refrigerator in the room couldn't be used. It was very loud when turned on.
