Great location to explore the Lake.

Great place to explore Lake Iseo. Our room was downstairs. the room was big and comfortable and the owner was lovely.

The small refrigerator in the room couldn't be used. It was very loud when turned on.

Great value

Daniela the owner is a lovely , helpful lady who does a magnificent job running the B&B . Great spot opposite the lake . Close walk to ferry that takes you to Mont' Isola . Great room , nice comfortable bed, good shower and secure parking on the property behind a locked gate . Daniela also does a great breakfast which is a great way to start the day . Only draw back is train runs right behind the property . You only hear it between 5.30am and 10.30pm and it isn't loud at all ...didn't disturb our sleep . Would definitely stay again if around Lago D'Iseo . Make sure you see Baia del Bogn if visiting . Awesome .

Very nice stay in beautiful surroundings

Room has one small window, so it's a little cave-like--but it's a cavernous (large) cave! Dining room even more cave-like and a little crowded with other guests present and nobody sitting outside.

Exceptional place to stay with wonderful hospitality!

Daniela was such a warm and welcoming host - she couldn't have done enough for us. And the breakfast was exceptional - delicious home-made specialities prepared by Daniela each day. The setting of the property is perfect for exploring Lake Iseo and getting across to Monte Isola. Would highly recommend a stay here - thank you Daniela!

Enjoyed our stay

The place is wonderful. Like it a lot. Sparkly clean, comfortable, the host Daniela is super pleasant person, very friendly and helpful. There is a beautiful view on the lake from the terrace.

It take us a bit challenge to find the place. There is a problem with Google maps mapping the place. Naturally it is not number 21 but 21a, may be this is a problem. We asked in the hotel nearby and they explain us exactly. You should look for the small side road near the gas station. There ia a sign there. Overall the place is good located.

location and open space to sit outside was wonderful. also the owner was very good on offering us a good selection for our breakfast.

Loved Villa Leilani

The host was wonderful and so helpful. She helped us find a really good restaurant for our day in Sale Marsino. Highly recommend if you are going to this area!

Breakfast was excellent. More than enough amd the host was always asking if we wanted anything different to what was on offer.

The only difficulty was finding the property with the navigation. You only see the property sign from one direction. We asked locals and found it immediately.

Nice Place to relax an explore the Lago d‘Iseo

Nice and familiar place to stay at the lake side - only five minutes walking from a bathing spot. The room and the bathroom is nice and clean and has everything you need. The hosts are super nice and always available for questions and recommendations. The breakfast is exceptionnel and changes every day with nice home made cakes. The location is just in front of Monte Isola and therefore easy to access and discover. The lake is amazing and calm to escape from tourist spots in Italy.

The house is located between train rails and the road which can be a bit noisy but we did not care much about that.

Wonderful!!!

The location was fantastisch, with a view on the Iseo lake. Our room was super clean and fresh, top quality. Breakfast was also really nice and tasty. We had a 300m walk to the beach, which was also very nice ;) we really enjoyed our stay here 😊

Superb

The location is fantastic - breakfast outside with a lake view. Many B&B no longer reflect the ethos of what a eral B&B should be - i.e. a family house with a few extra rooms which are used to host visitors. With the addition of course of a real breakfast. Villa Leilani ticks all these boxes. This was not the first time we have stayed there and it certainly won't be the last

Splendida accoglienza e casa molto comoda

Confermo quanto scritto in altre recensioni. La Signora Daniela e' davvero una persona splendida. Fa davvero di tutto per rendere confortevole il soggiorno. Pur avendo prenotato la camera mi ha messo a disposizione un enorme appartamento per essere piu' comodo con i miei tre cagnolini. Inoltre mi ha permesso di lasciare l'auto parcheggiata domenica per andare a visitare Monte Isola. Insomma di piu' non si puo' davvero chiedere. La casa e' molto comoda e vicina all'imbarcadero per raggiungere monte isola.
